Description of Work: We called Austin Gutterman, and asked for a price for ew gutters, plus the cost to replace some fascia boards. After 2 months of non responsiveness, I have given up on these people. They sell gutters, I guess, but apparently have nop skills to install in anything but a pristine environment, making them useless as t**** on a boar hog.

Description of Work: The person who came was so knowledgeable and informative that as he worked and showed me problems with my gutters, I let him make repairs and fix whatever was not correct.

Description of Work: This company is fine. They came on time. They were polite. They did what they said, which was cleaning the gutters and giving an inspection. However, I paid more than I expected just to get the gutters cleaned, and (a) they didn't do a superior job--just an ok one (for example, dumping the junk too close to my house, not getting it all out), and (b) they didn't go the extra yard and push in the gutter nails that had worked partway out. Having repaired gutters myself in the past, I know that is easy to do while you're up there. This is not a bad review--this company was prompt and honest and fine. It's just not an "A" review. This isn't one of those sites where the only people who review are either angry cranks who give a failing grade or people who give an "a" for everything. I'm trying to be more comprehensive here. Their work was fine, it was a solid "B" or even B+. You could use them and have a great result. It just wasn't a perfect "A" experience.
