Description of Work: I had many handymen/minor remodeling jobs done. Manuel is great, his estimate was super professional (in Excel) which made me really happy! Here's the short list of what we had done (there was more): 1) They framed out the back side of my island w/new cabinet doors so you can access the island storage from the stove side 2) 2 new plugs added (one in a closet, one in a bathroom for a bidet toilet seat) 3) Swapped out many light fixtures 4) 4 ceiling fan installs 5) Paint touch ups and ceiling painted in small room 6) 100+ knobs and pulls added to each cabinet/drawer in entire house 7) frames built around bathroom mirrors The crew was good, but I do wish Manuel checked in on them more often. I found myself being the project foreman (but maybe that's just the nature of getting work on your house done). One small complaint, the guys were messy. They worked for about a week and my goodness, it required a super deep cleaning by a cleaning crew to get it in order. Small things like not covering my brand new fridge before sanding the kitchen really bugged me (why they didn't do most of the sanding in the garage, I don't know). And not completely covering the garage floor before spray painting (although he did offer to pressure wash it for me). They also threw out the ceiling fan manuals. All small things that can be improved upon. Overall, he was very responsive in fixing things that weren't to my liking and I would recommend them again.

Description of Work: We have contracted with Manuel Brunet for other projects in the past, but on this particular job he reset a row of Saltillo tile on our front door stoop, constructed a French drain for the area, and built a flagstone walk down the front of the house.

Description of Work: Manuel rebuilt our deck to incorporate a planter, allowing the deck to accommodate an oak tree that had grown too large for the original hole in the deck. He also worked on a batheroom remodel job as a subcontractor for Rick Bailey Constructions (the cost and end date are not reflected in this report but are in the report on Rick Bailey's company); Manuel also cleaned and sealed our Saltillo floors under the Bailey contract.
