Description of Work: This company installed a new gate operator. It apparently had a flaw in the way power was supplied from the solar panel to the battery. They tried to fix it 3 or 4 times then just gave up and stopped responding to my requests for service. There was a 2-year warranty on the system. Only after I complained to BBB and Angie's List did they respond again, but still took an additional 7 months to make the gate fully operable. Very un-reliable and unprofessional. Seemed like nice guys every time I interacted with them, but nice doesn't translate to value. When they couldn't figure out the problem they just gave up, willing to saddle me with an unusable $3000 gate opener. |
