They resolved my issue and were great to work with.
Description of Work: My kitchen sink was clogged and water was draining very slowly. I called Ernest at the end of the day and he scheduled someone to come out the first thing the next morning. They arrived on time, unclogged the drain, and snaked the entire line to ensure that it was draining correctly. The plumber (Tomas) was great, friendly, and professional. Ernest was wonderful to send someone out the next morning. I will definitely call AFS next time I have any plumbing needs.

We had a older tank water heater that just wasn't heating the water to our liking and were having multiple problems with it. We had done some research on tankless water heaters and wanted a Noritz water heater based off of what we read about it. We saw that Austin Facility Services were running a great promotion on this exact water heater so we gave them a call. Ernest was quick to respond and worked around our busy schedule to get our new water heater installed. He went over all the warranties we had from the factory and even gave us a year warranty in labor from his company. He also let us know that he would winterize our home free of charge for using him as a plumbing provider just in case we hit a late spell of cold weather. Bottom line our experience with Austin Facility Services was amazing and we would recommend using these guys for your next plumbing service or even calling them if you think you have a plumbing problem. They know their stuff and explain things very well! Happy we landed on them first and we plan on using them again in the future.
Description of Work: Removed our old 40 gallon water heater and installed the Noritz EZTR 40 Tankless Water Heater
