Austin Drainage + Landscape Development

Description of Work: James came out to the house and did a thorough walkthrough concerning our drainage problems. He is currently preparing estimates for various strategies. We look forward to reviewing them and seeing what to do next.

Description of Work: They could not have done less. We need quite a bit of work on our yard to improve water runoff, and add landscaping features. Both my wife and I left messages and email for them, several times. They never contacted us back.

Description of Work: I bought the angie's list big deal for $100. We initially contacted via email and made an appointment. Dale arrived in time per the appointment. When Dale came out to talk, it became very apparent that had no interest in making plans, but that he really wanted me to sign him up for a large landscaping contact-that would be fine, if that is what his advertisement said... but it wasn't. Anyway, after it became clear that I just wanted some landscaping plans for my back yard that included a place for a playable and a tool shed and not any services from him, he told me to scan my property platt and email it to him. I did that within the week. 1 month later I contacted him via email and asked when the plans would be ready. He said he had some issues with replying to the wrong email address for me - except that I only use 1 email address. |Anyway, I finally did get the plan from him. It was a hand drawn sketch on top of the platt I sent him. It didn't include a space for a tool shed. It looked like he spent about 5 minutes drawing it. |I didn't contact him to tell him that his plans didn't include a space for a tool shed. After waiting for a month, I was pretty disappointed. |I think of it as a $100 lesson on how to not find a landscaper.

Description of Work: The provider took a while to schedule our service, but once they did, they arrived on time and did a good job. We've had rain since they finished the project and we no lnoger had drainage issues, so their solution was very effective. They did leave trash on our front porch, but quickly came by to pick it up when I called them about it.

Description of Work: I contacted them after some time of having bought the deal. They sent a person to look and measure the yard. The person lacked any ideas of their own and built off of what I was telling. Their initial estimates and verbal quotes were exorbitant. Overall it did not seem like their services were worth $99.

Description of Work: company was very slow to respond from an inquiry about hiring them. They wanted $400.00 simply to come out and give a bid. I turned them down.

Description of Work: Replaced flagstone pavers that washed out due to extreme rains last fall. Re-set flagstone in mortar this time. Also built retaining walls and contoured soil/lawn to redirect runoff away from house and patio.

Description of Work: Wanted to have in-ground pool removed. Owner of company came promptly at appointed time. I had an e-mail estimate for the service within one hour with a competitive price. Decided to keep the pool, so work was not performed. Based on his responsiveness and his understanding of the project, I would call him again.
