+ -1 moreLico responded to me immediately and explained that if I gave him approximate sizes for the windows, he would provide an email estimate. Once I sent the sizes, he sent the estimate right away. When we chose to use this company, the measurer/installer contacted me within a day. Within a few days, they had measured and provided screen samples. A week or so later, the work was completed. There were a few issues I wanted addressed, and they responded immediately! Within a day, the installer returned and took care of the issues to my great satisfaction.

+ -1 moreI called for a free estimate and the owner came the same day. He measured the windows and the patio screen door. I got solar screens for the door and all nine windows of four different sizes.Received the quote a day or so later via email.Came a day later and removed the patio screen door to complete its screening at the shop. Three days later the install was done: he even fixed a small roller on the patio screen door which i believe he did not have to do and went the extra mile to do so. It hasn't worked that well in years. The initial quote and final cost were the same. Would recommend this company to anyone. Very nice person to work with.

The owner went out of his way to make sure I could pick up the screens on Saturday, which was a better time because of my weekday work schedule. I highly recommend this company to anyone who needs to have screens replaced.

The owner was patient and explained how the sun was going to strike my house and which windows needed actual sunscreens. The screens were installed on Thursday. All of the old screens were taken away for recycle. Great service!!

All my screens were made at that time from his trailer ( it's a mobile screen company). He had them finished within the afternoon and hauled away all the old ones. I thought the owner was so nice. I also think the price was very reasonable and the service great!

Description of Work: I hired Austin Custom Screens to completely re-screen my front (8X15) and back (6x8) porches, including 3 screen doors. The estimate was reasonable, and the final price was exactly the estimate. The date set for the work was five days after I accepted the estimate. Mr. Echevarria actually came over the day before work was to be done, so he could remove the old screen material, and take the doors back to the shop and rescreen and repair them there. The rest of the work had to be completed onsite, as the screening is built-in. He appeared at the agreed-upon time, and got right to work. His work was quick and efficient, yet thorough. The new screens are perfect! He removed all debris and left the work area neat and clean. All in all, one of the best experiences I have ever had with home repair contractors.

Description of Work: I hired Austin Custom Screens to build a custom screen to protect a very large window from golf balls. They were superior!! I had very specific requirements as to how it was to be built and how it was to fit. Mayo, the gentleman who provided the estimate, did the design and built and installed the screen was a pleasure to work with. He understood what I wanted and added a few suggestions as to how the design could be improved. He promised a quote on a given day, provided it and set a time and date for installation. He showed up when he said he would finished the job in the time he had allotted and did a great job. I had previously had Dan White Screens out to provide an estimate,i found their person to be unpleasant, he never bothered to look at the outside of the window on which the screen was to be installed and objected when I explained how I wanted it done. HIRE AUSTIN CUSTOM SCREENS; DO NOT HIRE WHITE.

+ -1 moreThe day after I called a representatived, took measurements and quoted a price (this was on a Wednesday). I agreed to the proposal and was told the screens would be ready and installed on the following Tuesday. I was called on Monday and told the installer would be there between 7:30 and 8:00 Tuesday morning. He arrived shortly before 8:00 AM and by 9:30 had all of the screens installed. The installer was most competent and professional and insured I was satisfied with the job before he prepared the invoice. This was the most pleasan experience I have had with service providers in many years.Would certainly use this company again.

+ -1 moreMayo from this company is the best. He was very clean and extremely good. I even recommend them to my neighbor and told her to ask for Mayo to do the work for her because he was so good. They offered 75% solar also and they gave me options and explained the differences very well. I am pleased all the way with him and his work and I really like the screens; they do work very well.
