 + -1 morei wanted my curb painted with the house number when we moved to my new neighborhood. i found AUSTIN CURB SERVICE on the web. they answered the phone right away and said they could come out the next day. it took them a week to do the job, because they were working in round rock and i live south of slaughter. each day i would call and talk with a very nice guy who told me the status. i didn't mind that they couldn't come right away. when i had to leave the house, i would just tape an envelope with the check to the door. when they finally came, we had a passing rain shower. they left for another neighborhood and said they would return when the rain stopped. they did, and i paid them then. they did a great job. they have many options to choose from including school logos and texas flags. i went with the basic black on white with a black border. i looks great and now anyone can find my house! firemen, police, EMS, friends, etc. overall, i was very pleased.
Description of Work: i had AUSTIN CURB SERVICE paint my house number on the curbs entering my driveway.

Description of Work: I was approached by two door-to-door sales reps who sold me on curb address signage, UT orange in color, for $34.95. I paid them before they delivered the product by check, a big mistake. They told me the address marker would be installed in two weeks. i called three weeks later, and the owner said that the product was running late from the California factory and that it would be another 2 week. I said I needed to have the work completed by July 1 or a refund provided. I called 2 weeks later (approx mid July), and he advised that they were having QC problems at the factory and "money problems." I again said I needed to have the product installed or my money back. It's 8/10, and I haven't heard from them, and there's no product. No services were performed despite my full payment.
