Wow, these people are a class act! Let me tell you, no matter what, do not do any business with these idiots. My girlfriend gets a water filtration system under a rental contract and decides to pay it off by credit card over the phone. These idiots contact her months later with a bunch of late fees. Turns out, they were too stupid to process the credit card. She once again offers to pay the same balance but now they want to add on a bunch of late fees. Heated discussion on the phone and they insist in charging late fees. She says screw it, I'll pay the fine to come current but come pick up your water filtration system as I'm done working with you. She pays the fine, gives back the water filtration system, and now gets contacted regularly by a collection agency for the fine she just paid. CLASS ACT!!!

We have had a water softener of over 19 years, serviced by Culligan. After having our old unit serviced and talking with Steve, the tech, we decided to look into a newer and more efficient unit. A Culligan salesman, Paul Gordon, gave us information on different units, what they did, and the cost of each unit. He was knowledgeable and personable. We went with the HE muni unit. He scheduled an appoint to have the old softener removed and the new one put in. The installer came when scheduled, did the work he was supposed, was friendly and knowledgeable, and cleaned up after himself. One week after the installation, Paul, returned and checked the unit, the work done, and the softness of the water. We were pleased with Culligan and would recommend them to others.

They did a good job. They were punctual, very responsive, and appropriately answered all our questions.

They tested the water from all faucets and inspected the system. They could find nothing that needed repair and gave me a very thorough explanation of how the system worked. I asked for an estimate for future which will remain good for 90 days I believe. The price was great, very very pleased with the entire experience. I would most definitely recommend Culligan for any water services they provide and will use them myself hands down when the time comes.

I am so pleased with everyone I encountered at Austin Culligan. The sales rep explained everything, answered all of our questions and was just great in general. The installation crew was polite and professional and did a great job installing the system. They did such a wonderful job of cleaning up I would have never known they did all of the work they did if I hadn't been home to see it for myself. The tech who came out after to program the system was friendly, professional and knowledgeable . I would use them again and would refer them to anyone. Just use these guys, they are the best!

The installer arrived on the date and time specified. The installation took about 2 hours. The installer was very courteous and professional and let me know exactly when and for how long my water would be turned off. In addition, they carted away the old softener. The new softener was filled with potassium chloride as requested. My water is now very soft and I no longer am getting hard water stains. The drinking water system provides delicious water that tastes like bottled water.

The representative was Doug Thaler and he was very professional and answered all our questions. I would do business with him again any day.

They seemed okay. I checked with another company and that company’s quote was like $3000 more than Culligan’s was. So, Culligan had a better price. They were here and got the work done. They cleaned up and did a good job. I can’t see a lot of difference between what I had and what I have now. Their quality is okay.

They were very good. I highly recommend them. They did what they said they would do. They were very nice people to deal with. The installation went very smooth. I would use them again. It was very cordial. They did neat work.

We are happy with their service. Their equipment runs efficiently and they are good about scheduling the routine checks of the filters. I feel very comfortable with the price that I am paying them for their services. They are always friendly when they come out to the house.

They had to come and replace something that broke after they were done. They came out for free and fixed it, no problem. I would use them again.

I was pleasantly surprised to see how affordable it was to have them come out and do a repair, as well as have something replaced. They were very knowledgeable and did not take up a lot of my time either. They seemed like a nice rounded company in more ways than one. I will be sticking with them for all my water needs.

I was satisfied with the services I used to receive from Culligan. However, their equipment was just not up to date enough for me. I heard of another company that was offering more up to date equipment, so I decided to go ahead with them. I do not hold anything against them, but, I doubt I will be going back to Culligan any time soon.

The installation went as planned. Nothing was done wrong and nothing was done out of the ordinary. I am very happy with the installation and the difference of the water. I have no problems with anything at all. I would say that the company is about as average as you are going to get.
