You cannot tell that house was damaged, we have a new asphalt tile roof and extra lighting from the solar tube in living room. Very professional in all respects Will use Ralph again and would trust Ralph with any job .
Description of Work: During the 9/4/2013 storm with high winds a large tree fell on my property damaging the roof of the house. I contacted Ralph since I am on oxygen with limited mobility. We made arrangements that Ralph would act as a subcontractor and supervise all aspects of repair job. The house damage was repaired, new roof installed, solar tube installed

+ 0 moreIt went very well, except for a problem that I caused. Access to the house is limited as it is on a very steep slope. I had secured a verbal easement from the golf course behind me to allow a trailer to pass through to deliver materials and take away debris. Of course, the verbal agreement fell through. Ralph was very very patient with me as I worked to resolve the issue. Moral is to always get third party agreements in writing, before you tie up contractor.
Description of Work: Ralph and crew did a remodel of my house exterior. They replaced and rebuilt the elevated deck in my back yard (600 ft squared) redid some supports for a cantileverd portion of the house, replaced windows and siding. Very professional, extremely high quality. I was particularly impressed with the care and workmanship shown in fixing the damage to the house supports (the builder had improperly flashed the wall above). The crew jacked up the house, removed the old supports, replaced them with steel, and reinforced the span. There was no wall damage, no cracks, no problem. Excellent work.

+ -1 moreRalph J Korstad (co owner) was contacted about fence replacement, additional lighting and possible storm door installation. Arrangements made for next day visit. He was very professional, got information and stated would provide estimate next day. Prior to receiving estimate the wife decided she wanted front door replaced. Estimate accepted for fence and lights. Doors will be replaced at later date when weather better. Contract signed and workers assigned for work 2 days later. Workers arrived a 8:00 and worked 2.5 days on fence. Lighting took an additional day.
Description of Work: Replaced a perimeter fence on one side of lot. Added two new exterior light fixutres for additional illumination for eisting deck (They had built deck in May '08).
