 + -1 moreThey really screwed me with these. Jessie Straight is the owner of the company. I needed rush delivery and he said he could have them done within twenty four hours. I was charged an extra fee to have them rushed. When I went to pick them up, I was very disappointed in the quality of the print on the koozies. I had taken him the print that I wanted on the koozies. Some of them were not straight and I kept telling him that they were not good and that I was not at all happy with them. Even though the quality was poor and I was unhappy, he still charged me the full price. He said that he gave me a discount because he threw in an additional thirty to forty koozies from the hundred that I had ordered. The extra koozies that he gave me where all messed up as well though. At the party, my guests were holding the koozies and the print was coming off. It was so embarrassing. I will not reuse this company and I would not recommend them.
Description of Work: I was having a party, so I hired him to screen print some koozies for me. I ordered a hundred koozies from Austin Award King.
