Austin 360, in my view, did a poor to mediocre job on my flat, TPO roof. That's bad enough, but it's their customer service - from the owner - that is pushing me to write this review. Austin 360 roofing did the inspection of my roof during the purchase of my home and I ended up using their quote to negotiate my repair contingency. After I closed on my home and approached them to do the work, they increased their quote...twice. We were able to come to an agreement over this but in retrospect, it should have been the first sign of what was to come. During the re-roofing process, Austin 360's crew consistently showed disregard for my property. Austin 360's crew disconnected my A/C drain line leaving a bucket to catch the condensation from my A/C overnight. It eventually overflowed into my house in the middle of the night. After the crew was 'done', instead of sweeping up and disposing of the roofing debris that had fallen from the roof, a member of the crew swept it into my yard. They parked a truck that dripped oil on my driveway - even after I asked them to park it in the street. They did not attempt to clean up the oil. The installation of the roof, in my view, was mediocre at best. We did have a leak, but it was from the lack of installation of drain covers. This allowed the drains to back up with debris - including insulation from roof, and a tool likely dropped by one of the crew (found in with insulation) - causing water to enter our house. Other items that Austin 360 failed to do or did poorly include; 1. Drainage was poor, something they admitted after months of emails from me, and possibly violated the manufacturer's installation standards. 2. They did not seal the seams along the drip edge. 3. They installed a section of PVC drip edge between TPO sections, gluing it in place - something that will not hold for an extended period of time. All of these things could contribute to a future failure. Each time I called Austin 360 to report an issue, I was met with a combative, uncooperative response or no response at all. The one time they actually sent someone to my house - after the leak - they denied any responsibility for the leak even though they had not installed drain covers - something I have learned is basic for a flat roof - and likely contributed to the blockage. If they had responded in a timely, logical manner to my complaints, I would probably chalk this up to a one off bad experience and not be writing this now. The end result is that I have had another roofing company correct the issues with my roof at considerable additional cost.
Description of Work: Replaced flat portion of residential roof with TPO membrane material to correct drainage and prevent potential leaks.
