From the moment he came to give me the estimate until the time he completed the work, Gary was professional, helpful and very attentive to detail. I would highly recommend him. His approach is educational, not pushy and he is very thourough when he completes the work.

I had seen a rat running along my fence a couple times and didn't worry too much, but when my dogs went out in the middle of the night and I saw FIVE rats run one after another under my back porch I panicked and was sure they were about to invade the house. I am very grateful for the inspection and advice and I did stop birdfeeding. So far it's a week and a half and I've seen only one rat outside so I'm hopeful I will not need to do any more. (Since I had mentally kissed a bunch of money goodbye after seeing all those rats, this was a great relief!) I am keeping my fingers crossed! I'll miss feeding the birds but not enough to be willing to attract rats!

We had a horrendous termite situation at my mother's house in Hyde Park and the pest control people seemed to think we had animals living under the pier and beam house. Gary came highly recommended. He came over and looked at the situation and tried to determine if there were raccoons or cats or what was under the house. He gave us different tactics to use to try to drive the animals out which we used successfully. He refused payment since he didn't actually perform any services and the fact that my mother is elderly.

Gary put traps in our attic areas to catch any others that may get in prior to his efforts to seal up the roof joints in our clay tile roof. He didn't catch any other creatures, and over the next four weeks came out to the house to repair the entry points previously used by the ring-tail cat. He sealed all the points near our vents, soffits and roof intersections to ensure that no creatures are capable of entry. The interesting thing is, we had purchased this resale home just 15 months prior, and the home inspector had noticed wildlife incursion in the roof. The previous owner contracted with another service who executed a lame attempt at remediation of the problem. Obviously the things done by this other service provider to prevent the creatures from re-entry were ineffective. Gary is experienced, knowledgeable and patient. We have had no reoccurance of wildlife problems, so the price paid was well worth it. We highly recommend his service.

He was excellent from the very first visit when he gave us the estimate, during each visit and the final visit. He explained in detail what he purposed to do. Each time he came he give us an updated report.

Had possums in walls of house and raccoons in attic. This service came and resolved my problems quickly and sealed off my house from outside critters.

They knew what they were doing and they were a funny group. They were also friendly and nice. It took a while, but they got the job done. It turned out that I had a litter of 8 raccoons in the attic. I thought they were a little expensive.

Very well. Quick fix to problem that others had been unable to solve.

We really value Gary's time and we're grateful that he helped us with our problem. He's a one-man operation, so if you use him, be prepared for dealing with his very busy schedule. That means you may not see him right away, and when you do see him, his cell phone will be ringing non-stop. Gary is very professional though, and he always gives 100%.

The tenant in my duplex called to report a horrible smell. I suspected a raccoon in the attic and after investigating found a huge one down a shaft in the wall. I called Gary the next morning, he made room for me in his schedule and met me the same day at lunch. He determined exactly where the raccoon was, cut a piece of drywall out of a closet, removed him and thoroughly cleaned. Gary estimated the raccoon had been there for at least 5 days and, frankly, he was quite a mess. He removed the raccoon, which had already began to decompose, as well as all the insulation that had been affected and he sprayed the area down with cleaning agent.

He came in and got out the possums out. Then he sealed all of the holes where they were getting in. He also checked for any other areas they could get in. He came back to check up on and make sure they weren't getting in. He kept me informed all the time. He was very knowledgeable. He also disposed of animals for no extra charge.

Had a possum die under the house in a vent. Gary was able to come out the day I called him which was a good thing because the smell was horrible. He called me at work to say he finished the job and made some suggestions to prevent other animals from getting under the house. His suggestions were definitely appreciated. Gary definitely knows his business.

Gary (this is a one-man company) diagnosed the problem using his wealth of experience in animal behavior, reproductive cycles, and building construction. If you have an animal problem. this is the guy you want to hire. He is not just a bug sprayer with a few traps in the truck. He specializes in trapping and removing all types of animals from both urban and country locations then sealing up the building so that you won't have the same problem next year. He knows what he's doing, respects the wishes of the owner by giving options that may or may not result in the death of the animals, and always is looking for the most humane way to solve the problem. Despite what you might expect, he loves animals and has several German shepherds.

Gary came out to the house and gave a free estimate. He explained how he would go about getting rid of the rats. He came to the house several times over the course of the treatment and was always punctual, friendly, efficient, and hard working.
