Austin's Couch Potatoes

I was referred to Austin's Couch Potatoes by my designer. I purchased a new home and received a number of items I was prepared to purchase from this company. Customer service was absolutely horrible. I walked in and stood quite a bit of time before someone asked me if I needed help. Well, this man didn't look up from his comupter while asking me and quot;What can I do for you?and quot;. I stated I was looking for some furniture and he still did not look up from his computer to speak to me. All items I had on my list, which my designer found on their website, was not available. The staff was very dismissive to the point even if they had the furntire, I decided I was not going to purchase anything from them. I quickly informed my designer of the service I received. I will never patronize them in the future.

They were really good. They seemed to be very good and very straightforward. They were decently priced and their service seemed to be good. They provided a lot of information when we went to buy furniture from them. We felt pretty good. They have good variety there.
