He was very prompt, with a quick service. He offered a great price. He was very reasonable. He worked with me on the time frame of the work. He worked with me rather well. I would highly recommend him.

I call Austin's best plumbing because I found great reviews on the list. the was the garbage disposal which I have unstuck before but now it was stuck again. I called Rick and he gave me a simple tip to unstick and didn't charge me. Turns out, it worked but if it breaks in the future, I will definitely call this honest plumber.

Work done in less than 90 minutes. Excellent work from a decent guy.

Rick relit the pilot and identified the water heater as one that had a recall. Told me how to get the parts and once they arrived a few days later, repaired with the parts sent from the manufacturer. I know exactly who to call next time I have a plumbing issue - this guy is great.

I found RIck over 20 years ago and vowed we would never leave Austin as long as Rick was here. Service started with our first house build in the 1950s. We desperately needed a new main line, but, didn't have the 3-5k everyone else was quoting. He came over and was able to clean the line for $50 and said as long as we used the washer on a regualar basis, it should be okay. Amazing news for being newly married and financially challenged. He has done all our plumbing and natural gas line work (including the subsequent replacing of the main line and adding a gas line for our BBQ island at our new house. His rate is always reasonalbe. Whenever we need anything now, I just call and have him send a bill. If I could give him our house keys, I would. This is an honest man who does excellent work!

It took him a bit of time to fit us into his schedule... it seems like he's always got a lot of work. Good for him, tough for customers, I guess.

Rick was great. He explained the work that was needed, and replaced the stems and washers within 30 minutes. He even looked at a toilet that was running slightly and he quickly fixed, and did not charge extra for that service.

He is exceptionally good. He is knowledgeable, nice, returns calls and delivers great quality work.

I called Rick and he was able to come out in 2 days. It was by no means an emergency, so that was just fine. Rick and his partner came over and looked at the gas connections in the house and turned off the gas. While the partner cut off the gas lines in the attic, Rick cleared the bathroom sink drain, connected the water line to the ice-maker with a new fitting and when I mentioned that the kitchen sink seemed to lose pressure he went out and adjusted the water restrictor at the street. When he was finished, so was the partner in the attic and they turned the gas back on. They were in and out in 45 minutes and were very knowledgeable and pleasant.

The experience was fine. It was a pretty quick ordeal and I thought it went as expected. I would use this company again in the future.

My wife was pleased with the work. It took them a couple days to fix the problems, but it was not an emergency.

This company was very prompt. The service man seemed to care about what he was doing and to make sure he was doing it properly. The service that I recieved was less expensive and faster all around based on other companies that I looked at.

Rick let me know the previous owners took a lot of short cuts in repairing the toilet. He replaced the wax ring and gave me advice about a permanent fix when I do the bathroom remodel. I found him to be very courteous and professional.

Our situation was not an emergency so a few days after an initial phone call Rick came to house- communication was great!!! He did his job- made sure that the drain was thoroughly clear and even took the time out to show my son his truck.

The inspector missed BIG leaks under the kitchen sink (probably because there was so much junk there with the previous owners). When I moved in there was a big hole from the leaks, which I patched. I put a plastic container down which worked until the disposal hose came disconnected and emptied all the runoff from the dishwasher in the middle of the night! Rick was very professional, called before he came, was punctual, fixed it all in under an hour with all new p-trap, connectors, etc. He looked at the water heater for me, then checked under the other sinks for other leaks in the making.

Rick came out to put in the new faucet. It didn't fit because the holes in our Caesarstone countertop weren't drilled correctly when the countertop was installed, which was also the reason the old faucet leaked. Long story short, Rick came to our house several times and offered guidance on getting the countertop holes redrilled and a faucet that would work. He dismantled and reassembled our old faucet twice and didn't charge us for a couple of the calls. He is knowledgeable, professional, and responsive, and he solved a problem we'd had for a long time.

Rick was prompt, extremely courteous and professional and I will definitely use him again as we continue renovation.

When I called and explained I was just told by Austin utilities I was going to have a $750 water bill, he was over at the house in less than 2 hours. After some digging (literally) he determined that it wasn't in the sprinkler system (I had suspected it was), said finding it under the ground or the slab was beyond what a one-man outfit could do, and recommended calling a bigger outfit (Fox plumbing). I appreciate his candor and the fact that he didn't charge me anything at all.

Made the call, Rick came out when he said he would the next day, asking first if it was an emergency. Cleared the block in the pipe, made sure all tubs, sinks, and toilets were draining well. All done!

He was very polite. He came not too long ago and did some work for me and when I called him again, he came and fixed the shower knob. He didn t even charge me anything for coming out or to fix it. I thought that was very nice of him. The knob works fine now and I am very happy with them. They are very considerate and don't try to rip you off.

He did a great job. When I called them the receptionist said she was swamped and she politely stayed on the line with me to explain everything that the plumber was telling her. She was very thorough and I could not believe how calm and polite she was in the busy situation she was in. They were fantastic and I am going to be using them again real soon. The whole company is friendly, knowledgeable and has excellent communication.
