Description of Work: Rick called me when he was arriving and arrived on time. He was a good communicator. He replaced 2 old galvanized nipples coming out to the kitchen faucet and then replaced an O-ring in hot water handle. told me that the galvanized pipes were in overall good shape but could last 1 - 5 years depending on overall quality of the original galvanized pipes. Was frank & honest about it. Great Job & Nice Guy!

+ -1 moreMy overall experience was great. Rick worked quickly. I really appreciated the fact that he tried the easier solution first to try and save some money. I plan to call him next time I need some work done, and I have already recommended him to a friend.
Description of Work: Removed the toilet to unclog it and replaced a shut off valve. He tried to auger it first to save time and money, but the offending object wouldn't come loose. He shut the water off at the street, pulled the toilet, removed the object and put the toilet back in place.

+ 0 moreRick does all of my plumbing repairs for several rental properties as well as my home. He is just plain the best at what he does. He is especially good at dealing with clogged drains.
Description of Work: Plumbing repairs to toilets, sinks, etc, clogged drains- most of the work has been on older homes in the east Austin area, and therefore entails dealing with old plumbing hardware and materials.
