Overall I was pretty impressed with his knowledge of the field. His price did seem awfully high, especially compared to what the neighbors paid for their septic tank. He also took every chance to bash every other septic installer, builder, and client that didn’t choose him. This was red flag number one. Where it got really bad was when the measly $250 payment was due. I paid him the following day only to wake up to a threat that if I didn’t pay him he would put a lien on the property, sue me, and call law enforcement on me. Then he realized he overlooked my payment. I was 100% sold on his services until I received this brash, unthoughtful, desperate, and impulsive reaction from him over a paltry $250. I was pretty impressed with his nice guy, Austin native persona and was excited to use him until his true colors came out. Now I’m getting another threat of a lawsuit (and cursed out) for posting these reviews. I would hate to see this guy with the pressure of a $20,000 project after seeing his reaction over $250.
