Description of Work: Mark turned out to be a disappointment. While he did replace the operating system on my PC, he did not end up fixing all the problems I asked him to fix in the first place. His work ended up being fair at best. I asked that he identify the problem and fix the DVD drive and this was never done. He told me he didn't have any blank DVD's. While I understand that, he could have easily gone and bought some and charged me for them. I asked that he transfer some game files to another account on my computer, and this was only partially done. I asked that he reset the languages on my computer and this was never done. All of these things were asked for in writing and verbally. In the end, I think Mark just wanted to avoid dealing with me any more and he stopped returning my calls. At best, he did maybe 60% of what I asked. I understand that I was not a high $ client. But I would have liked it if he had completed the tasks I asked him to do.

+ -1 moreI just dropped off my computer at their business because it was convenient. They will come to your home also, but it may be more expensive. I was having trouble with my computer starting up. I would have to try repeatedly before it would boot up. They had my computer repaired in about two days. They replaced a part that connects to the power switch. It works great now. That makes me happy.
Description of Work: Austex Computing Solutions fixed my computer to get it to boot up.

+ -1 moreMARK COMES IN PERIODCALLY DURING THE MONTH TO CHECK ON THE COMPUTER AND SERVER. MARK IS PROFESSIONAL AND POLITE TO DEAL WITH. WE WOULD RECOMMEND HIS SERVICES TO ANY ONE NEEDING COMPUTER REPAIR OR SERVICE.
Description of Work: MARK SERVICES OUR COMPUTERS WITHIN THE OFFICE. HE ALSO DOES RESIDENTIAL COMPUTER SERVICES AS WELL. WE HAVE A CONTRACT WITH HIM FOR HIS SERVICES.

+ -1 moreMARK IS A VERY NICE INDIVIDUAL TO WORK WITH. HE WORK IS HONEST AND FOR A FAIR PRICE. HE HANDLES RESIDENTIAL ISSUES AND COMMERICAL COMPUTER PROMBLEMS. I WOULD USE HIM AGAIN SHOULD THE NEED EVER ARISE.
