It was done promptly, professionally, and quickly. They totally cleaned up after themselves. We checked with others who had used their services in our neighborhood, Angie's List, etc., before we signed the contract. They dealt with the insurance company very well with little "hassle" for us. I definitely would use them again and would not hesitate to recommend them to others. We were very pleased.

The owner (Richard Leinen) and his son (Dustin) were both involved on my job, and both were very eager to "do right by the customer". They are local (Lakeway) and were easy to reach on their cell phone, which was greatly appreciated. Their crew showed up on time and worked efficiently, and as far as I can tell did a good job. The crew did "okay" at protecting landscaping and cleanup, but they were less careful when their crew leader (Ramone) was not watching. About 12 months after the job was done, we discovered that there was a small leak around our chimney -- we might have noticed earlier but there was a long drought and the leak only showed up after an especially heavy rain. Although it had been a long time, I called ATX and they promptly honored their warranty. It took several visits and troubleshooting to fix the leak (including having some masonry repaired on the chimney, which of course was not covered by the roofing warranty), but ATX was responsive and determined to make sure the problem was fixed.

ATX Roofing did not show up on time, did not cover the landscaping, A/C units and the supervisor never showed up on the job. Job lasted two days. A day or two after the roof was replaced we had a huge water leak which damaged the ceiling in our sunroom. When we called the supervisor on Saturday and let him know about the damage he said they would be there after the rain stopped and the roof dried up so they could survey the damage. My wife and I mopped up the bulk of the water and put down buckets and applied fans to the area to minimize the damage. ATX Roofing tried to fix the damage but it was clear after four attempts which took several months of repeated no shows and no calls it was clear they did not have the experience needed to fix the damage they caused. In addition, ATX representatives claimed their work was done and wanted to be paid the balance, however after a quick visual inspection (we have pictures) that not all the materials contracted for were replaced. It took several more trips and still everything was not done as contracted for. At our expense we hire a roof inspector who confirmed the ridge vent was not installed correctly, nail heads not caulked and other missing roof components were still not installed at all. There is more and we have pictures, but we are so disgusted with the workmanship and professionalism of the entire company. We have tried to contact the owner via email but thier website is down and email bounced back undeliverable. Worse, one worker pooped in our yard!!! Use these guys at your own risk.

They were very prompt and they did a very good job.

This job was a two-step process with a different level of experience with each, so it's hard to grade. Replacement of the roof in early May went well, and the cleanup was fine. The problems began after that, when the ATX rep and the then-sub (who was unable to complete the job) pulled off the gutters and found more gutters that needed replacement than the adjuster had allowed for initially. This meant dealing with our insurance company again, and there was a delay there. However, the ATX rep who was supposed to supervise the job kept missing appointments, didn't call when he said he would, and finally stop communicating with us completely. After two weeks of hearing nothing I called the company owner, Rick Leinen, and then things happened. His son Dustin, and the rep who we had been working with, came out and did the fascia replacement immediately, and the subs came out and had the new gutters up within a couple of days. I compliment Mr. Leinen on taking action immediately after I spoke with him, but apparently the young man who'd been in charge of our job wasn't receiving a lot of guidance or supervision from someone with more experience, and there didn't seem to be anyone in an administrative capacity checking on job completions.

They handled all of the insurance and met with the insurance guys. They were easy to schedule and pretty prompt. They responded to my concerns. The second time the cleaning up was not very good.

The work crew showed up on time and was professional and courteous. The work was well done and the clean-up after was thorough.

Dustin Leinen came out to my two story house and got up on the roof and looked around and gave me an estimate. I was having big problems with leaks, so I was anxious to get the work done as soon as possible. His estimate was very reasonable. I had gotten another estimate which was almost double of what ATX were asking. Dustin and his brother came by and did a temporary fix because we were getting so much rain and even brought a huge water extractor to get moisture out of the attic. They showed up on time the day they were scheduled and got started immediately. They had a ten man crew that definitely knew what they were doing. I thought it would take all day, but they came around two in the afternoon and were finished by evening. They cleaned everything up before they left.
