+ -1 moreATX Fence Supply were very reasonable in price. The sales manager was outstanding and was very responsive. What I truly liked what we talked about and the kind of product he had pictures of so he can send the attachment, along with the estimate, so that my husband was very prepared for the consultation when he came out. There were no added charges. It was exactly as he quoted. The sales manager was involved with the installation and stayed here with his crew from beginning to end. It was a little pricey. It was less than one other estimate but more than other estimates, so it was kind of in the middle. The quality of the product was so much better.
Description of Work: We got a gate opener for an iron gate.

+ -1 moreThe owner was very reachable before the job was started. On the day of the installation he and his crew left with the job undone, and without all the required items needed for the electric gate. I have patiently tried to get Texas Fence Supply (aka, Austin Fence Supply & ATX Fence Supply) to return and complete the job for several months with phone calls and emails without success. I now looking to hire another company to supply the missing parts and complete the installation.
Description of Work: I hired Texas Fence Supply (aka, Austin Fence Supply & ATX Fence Supply) to install a wrought iron fence and gate for my home. The fence is fine. The gate is not completed or operational. Needed pieces are missing.
