WARNING, do NOT use Casey Talley, 512 Fence Service, ATX Construction Co. POOR quality, poor construction, poor work ethic, poor customer response. I hired Casey to build a fence this August. The end result is terrible and will need to be mostly torn out to rebuild properly. See pictures here: imgur.com/a/NNmAHUL Fence line is not straight, posts are twisted and not flush to fence, picket spacing is willy nilly, gate and miter joints look like a kid did them, posts are not spaced at equal distance, just to name a few. On top of all this, he showed up late each day, and as soon as he was finished, he left trash and debris everywhere and is now refusing to come back out and fix even basic things like sharp nails sticking out the back of the fence. He is ghosting. Next person BEWARE. Don't make the same mistake I did.

Description of Work: Tore down back fence and replaced posts and put up new fence. We wanted thicker boards and they provided - no the cheap slim boards. One corner on the west side is gapping where the rails did not completely get flush with the post therefore leaving the nails to gather moisture and rust etc. Then the person that put up the fence boards - put them up with huge knotholes where you can view in the neighbors back yard. They should have saved the knot hole boards for use on the sides of the posts - now it is almost why have the fence if you have these holes where you can view etc and they can view your yard ----this could have been prevented if they had known more about fencing as even I figured that out---use the knot holes or leave to the last - we had ordered a few more boards than was needed in case something like that would happen - you can be more selective - but none the less I was not here to oversee it and saw it after they were paid and gone. Bottom line - don't put up if you have knot holes - take the boards back for replacements. Now we have some nice left over boards without knot holes and about 6 boards with knot holes looking into the neighbor's yard and yes you can see clear through them. And to get Casey to return phone calls was - we were always contacting him to get them to do the job.

They were fabulous. I had the best team of all. They were on time, every time they said that they were going to do something. Unless we had a weather issue, they were there. Abe came out several times before, during and after to make sure that things were being done right. He took a great interest in what was going on. They were absolutely the best.
Description of Work: ATX Construction designed and installed a composite deck and stairway for us. They were also the liaison between the vendor that installed the spa and the outdoor kitchen for me.

We had a really good experience with them. I had bought another spa from them for a different residence and I was very pleased with their service. I think that their pricing is very fair.
Description of Work: ATX Construction put the slab in, did all of the electrical work and when the jacuzzi was delivered, they installed it.

After the purchase of a 30-year old house, Morgan Monshaugen with ATX Construction was recommended to us by our realtor to handle a list of “punch list” repair items that the home inspector identified. This list included replacing rotten wood surrounding metal patio doors, replacing wood to level a sagging second story deck and painting to match the original, and repairing exterior dryer vents. Morgan was at the jobsite when he said he would be there (including Saturdays), he was dependable, he worked steadily until the job was finished, his work was outstanding, and his prices were reasonable. We were very pleased with his work. We planned get bids to do additional work on the house, and after seeing his work on the initial projects, we had Morgan provide a bid for the additional work and we chose him to do this work as well. This included: building custom mdf shelving in bedroom closets to customer’s specification, using pictures provided by customer (not pre-cut shelving); switching a coat closet into a pantry, and vice versa, by building custom shelves, again to customer specifications using photos; installing wood flooring in pantry and coat closet to match flooring in nearby area; replacing some interior doors and hardware, using slab not prehung doors; replacing exterior doors; replacing glass in patio doors; new tile work surrounding a bathtub; extending shelving in entertainment center to match existing shelving; extending fireplace mantel; adding additional shelving in existing linen closet; and replacing cracked floor tiles. Without exception, his work was excellent. He takes pride in his work, and did not take shortcuts (for example with the shelving and the door work). Morgan was also very easy to work with, and was accommodating when I kept asking him to give us prices to do additional work that my wife thought of while he was there. I highly recommend ATX Construction, and will not hesitate to call him again for any additional remodeling projects that we have.
