However, trying to get a printed bill from him, any kind of bil stating service dates, work performed, or attempt to communicat with him in writing was abysmal. I wrote him two letters, which he lied about, saying that he had lost them. I now have another service provider providing equally great service, at a much lower cost, who submits bills monthly, in a professional manner
Description of Work: Mowed lawn, trimmed, weeded beds, laid mulch, trimmed bushes, all as agreed upon

+ -1 moreWent well start to finish. He was there to look at the job when he said he would be, bid was lower than most, he completed the job as promised. This was the second time we have had Arturo install a roof (first in 2010 on our home, this time on mother's home) and have been completely satisfied both times. After he put the roof on our house in 2010, we then had him paint the outside of the house and he did an excellent job of that as well. I recommend him without reservation.

Description of Work: Have lived in home on this 1/4 acre property for 13 years. Mr. Vasquez is the fourth company which I have engaged for lawn cutting, trimming, and similar services over that period of time. He came highly recommended by a trusted, demanding neighbor, and services at least two additional famlies in my neighborhood. He is the BEST we have ever had, in all respects! He says what he will do, and he does it (how unusual!). I am paying him more than he asked because I appreciate his reliability and the quality of the services of his excellent crew. And last but far from least, he responds to calls and to service requests promptly, unlike anyone in a similar line of work with whom I have had experience in the Austin area. Nuff said!
