Very prompt service. Professional in communication and attention to detail. The window repair was a difficult one, requiring delicate work in order to minimize damage to the wood door. Art did a good job. His price was right, too, so I was very pleased with how the job turned out.

The only problem we had was that he forgot to call us and let us know that he was sick and wouldn't be coming on the original appointment day. (Fine for me as I only schedule for when I am going to be here anyway, but if I had to take time off from work that would be a problem). He fit us in the next day, though, and the repair was done within 10mins. Window works fine now.

Art did a great job. Repaired our sliding glass door in about 30 minutes. Hasn't worked this well in years.
