The service was prompt, after playing phone tag for a couple of days.

Art, came to my house and measured the glass that I wanted in two different windows and gave me a quote which was reasonable. When the glass came in Art installed it and the entire transaction went vey smooth and I would contact Art for anymore glass replacement that I need.

Art did a good job installing my shower door. I had to call him a couple of times after I chose the kind of door I wanted for him to come and do the installation, but I'm sure he was just busy.

I can't say enough about the great job Art's Glassworks did. First off, when no other glass companies a whole lot closer would not come out to Lago Vista -- or even return phone calls! -- these folks from south Austin didn't blink an eye to help. When one company sent an estimator out 9 days after our initial phone call, Art's had the job done within 24 hours! Their estimate was reasonable, and the work was done so well that you couldn't tell that they had been there other than we had new glass! I have been telling everyone who will listen: "Now that's what customer service is all about!" Kudos to Art's and the crew!
