They gave the lowest price quote, and they had Saturday hours available. They called before they came out to the house, showed up on time, got straight to work, and they were done quickly. The job looked neat, and they even got along well with our dogs.

Had to be a little persistent to get this job scheduled. Art apologized and said they're crazy busy. They really did a great job. Before we had to wreste our door open and it screeched loudly. Now it's like butter and practically silent.

Friendly, efficient and clean. Just had my carpets done and they made sure that no shoes were on carpet. Great attention to detail.

The custom window shutters and frames prevented the window sash from being removed. However, Art went out to a tool shop and bought a cranked screwdriver which did the job without having to have full access to the sash component. He even bought an extra one and gave it to me. Very nice guy.

Great communication! I knew what to expect throughout the whole process. The staff was courteous and aimed to please. The price was right and I would do business with them again and recommend them to others! Only thing I would say they could do better with, is to hand out business cards!

Very professional and efficient

Art Glassworks is a great glass repair agent. They called immediately and gave me a bid over the phone... without even requiring an on-site visit. This is important to save me time on leaving work. Another glass repair vendor required an on-site appt but didn't call me when the appt was scheduled.. then they gave me a bid that was double Art's price ... PLUS they tried to charge me a ladder fee of $50 bucks. This immediately cut them from choosing them. What construction contractor charges for a ladder fee? Art did such a great and timely job on the glass of 1 window, I asked them to create the custom size screens of 2 other windows.
