Description of Work: Costs for all of the various services were significant but worth it as the product was great: new hot water heater, move washer/dryer to new location, install 2 new toilets, some electrical work, subcontractor insulate attic/apply radiant barrier, check air conditioner. Work was excellent/neat/dependable.

Description of Work: Twice provided maintenance to heating/AC unit. Both times were fine. Once provided washing machine repair. Tech diagnosed problem without thorough evaluation and said required $800 part. Only when I insisted did he remove the back of the machine. He then discovered thait needed a different part, which cost $350. The machine was repaired and works fine but I would not use ARS again for APPLIANCE REPAIR.

Description of Work: I call them when I have AC problems. They are one of the larger companies in Austin and I call them when I need them for after-hours work and on holidays because they have a lot of technicians, which I like.
