Description of Work: We have used ARS for over 10 years and have been very pleased with all the service they have provided. They have installed and maintained both our furnaces, installed an air conditioner and serviced both units, installed a tankless water heater with a recirculation system. The technicians are always very friendly, professional, and competent. The communication from the office regarding appointments is wonderful. They let me know when the technician is about 30 minutes away, if there will be a delay, etc.

Description of Work: They charge 250 to 275 for a 10 dollar capacitor if I remember correctly. It was about 3 year ago and their cap. went out last year. So I had to replace it again. They did quality work and they were on time and were very profesional. It might not have been so bad, but they also charged a call out fee that was not included in the price. |But when it is Summer and the Heat is on! You will pay to have it done quickly.

Description of Work: Unclogged drain pipe from washing machine to kitchen sink. They did a |good job in a short amount of time. There was just a bit of cleanup that was needed afterwards.

Description of Work: paid to get a hot water heater "tune up". The guy showed up late because of a clerical mixup on the address. once he arrive he basically looked at the unit, drained a little water from it and said all is ok??not what i was expecting.

Description of Work: We have been using this company for our air conditioning and heating service since 2006 when we purchased 2 Carrier units to replace our old system. We purchase an annual maintenance service contract which provides semi annual check-ups of our units and priority service when needed. We find them dependable.

Description of Work: Replaced water faucet behind refrigerator that supplies the water to the refrigerator as it was leaking. They had to cut a large hole in the sheet rock which they did not repair. We thought the cost was way too high. The original estimate was $500.00 which we said we would not pay and they finally came down to the $389.50. ARS primarily uses contractors instead of their own employees so their prices are high. We only used them because they were the only one that could get here quickly because we could not stop the leak.

Description of Work: Flooded my house 2.5 feet of water trying to up sale me on another $4,000 machine that I did not need according to 2 water experts and lab results, it took 1.5 yrs. of my life to deconstruct, reconstruct, replacing the HVAC system etc... etc... they finally settled with me at approximately 1/3 of my loss.

Description of Work: A special was being run to clean the sewage line and to put a camera through to check out the line. The technician was far from being gracious with his questions and information. He expected me as a woman to be able to answer all of his questions about my plumbing when I am not a plumber and have no understanding other than that there was a problem in the line. A special was for $77 but an additional $15 was added in for truck operating supplies, which was deceptive since the offer was for $77.00, and nothing extra was done other than what the special read that would be done. I have had three bids on the issue that was found in the line, and this company is by far the highest of the bids.

Description of Work: We had a home warrenty that directed us to ARS. They replace our waterheater. 2 days later it stop working so when I called ARS they had someone out that day(in about an 1hour) he checked it out got it working the ARS office called to check on us to. The workman was so great (the same one that put it in) that he check on us later that day and the office followed up the next day. No problems and would use them again in a heartbeat

Description of Work: Did every thing well, but very pricy for the hot water heater. But emergencies can come at a higher price. Probably will not use them again unless there is no other option.
