They replaced the old heating element with a new one in our oven because the old heating element was not heating up properly. They provided excellent service and they came out to our home very quickly to do the repair. The price was reasonable also.

ARS repaired our washing machine, and they did a good job of explaining the problem and fixed it quickly. They also repaired our refrigerator, but they had to come back a second time on the refrigerator because we had to wait on parts. It is working well now.

The service we have received from ARS was than satisfactory. They did not arrive promptly, and had a somewhat carefree attitude about the whole thing, as if there was no rush to finish. It took two trips to complete the job. They tried to charge us extra for several different parts of the job. This was not in the contract and they should have stood by their word. They even tried to charge us for removing the old air conditioner. That was the last time we will ever call them for service.

The service man that came out was very explanatory and informed us on what exactly he would be doing. The check came with no extra leaks, but he did identify the root of what was going on. They got someone out here right away for us. And we respect how we were treated and the results were just fine.

The systems they installed works great. It keeps our whole house cool. We have not had any problems with our units at all. They actually got the air conditioning units installed in just two days. I have recommended them to other people and I will continue to pass their name around because of the good work they did for me.

This problem was discovered during a bi-annual check up that they do for us. It is always better to find out this sort of thing before it gets too hot. Besides we saved on the trip charge this way, which is why we have them check everything twice a year. The technician was very polite and gave us an option of doing it later, or simply taking a chance. We listened to their advice and have not had any problems with our system.

They were pretty good and they did a static pressure test to verify the leak was in the old line. They were very thorough and I had nothing but high regards for their work ethic. In fact they even cleaned up almost to well, because they threw away some chunks of drywall my husband wanted to save to patch up some holes that they had to make.

What a mess! First off, I scheduled my appointment online. When they got here, the price for the service was double than what it said online. They had the appointment wrong and they showed up late. I am not even sure they cleared the drain out correctly. It still tends to clog up. I have tried to reach them, but I guess they have new owners now that say there is nothing they can do about it.

They showed up when they were supposed to. They removed and replaced the hot water heater in just a couple hours. This one seems to be very good quality. There have been no problems with the work performed and the men were good to work with. This was under partial warranty.

It was OUTSTANDING. It ended up being a break in the main. I am a do it yourselfer, a jack of all trades if you will. After talking with him, I was able to fix the problem myself. I will call them for any problem that I can not handle myself. It is refreshing to see such honest and helpful people. It would have been just as easy for him to blow it up in to something much more complex in an effort to secure the job. Instead, he was honest and upfront. As a result they got a guy that will always call them first, and someone who will sing their praises to all who will listen!

I WAS NOT SATISFIED WITH THIS COMPANY BECAUSE THEY DID NOT PROVIDE ME PROFESSIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE ON THE WORK. MY WATER HEATER SHARES THE SAME AREA AS MY FURNACE, AND THEY DAMAGED MY WATER HEATER. ALSO, THEY DID NOT ADD WOOD TO WHERE THE WATER DAMAGED THE AREA.

THE WORKERS WERE FRIENDLY, SUPPORTIVE, AND PROFESSIONAL. IN A TIME THAT COULD HAVE BEEN VERY STRESSFUL, THEY MADE THINGS A LITTLE EASIER aND THEY MADE LATE NIGHT EMERGENCY CALLS!

IN THE PAST WE HAD ASKED SEARS TO REPAIR THE REFRIGERATOR, BUT FOUND THEM UNWILLING TO BEND WHEN IT CAME TO OUR SCHEDULE. ARS SERVICE EXPRESS WAS PROFESSIONAL AND PROMPT IN RESPONDING TO OUR NEED AND MOST WILLING TO ACCOMMODATE OUR SCHEDULE.
