The repair was very satisfactory. Our 2 year old dishwasher had an error code which required installation of a rather expensive part. ARS performed the repair accurately and quickly and also corrected a problem we were unaware of when the dishwasher had been improperly installed.

Technician arrived on time, checked my heating units and provided recommendations.

It was obvious we'd sprung some kind of leak in the water supply line when a big (rapidly growing!) puddle appeared in the lawn near the city shutoff valve. It was a Sunday, and I dreaded the weekend surcharges I thought were inevitable. ARS was the only company out of five who could come within an hour. A master plumber arrived right on time, chuckled good-naturedly at the holes we'd dug in the lawn trying to self-diagnose, and had the leak fully exposed within 15 minutes. Because we have temperamental weather with several freezes and thaws, he explained, PVC joints between pipes frequently crack and leak if not properly installed. He replaced the joint, wrapping it inside and out to help us avoid future problems. The whole job took less than an hour. There was no surcharge for a Sunday visit. I was super-thankful just to have the problem fixed, but the plumber was also charming and patiently answered all my nervous first-time-homeowner questions! I'd call this company back again anytime.

They arrived on time and were very polite and tried to stay neat but did not do what was promised. They got something on our carpets but was able to clean it immediately to our satisfaction. They did not seal attic cover and add fixed insulation to the cover. They did come back the next day and addressed that but that guy was careless and just tossed our attic covers on ground and got them flithy.They had to be cleaned and repainted which he did. Luckily we had paint on hand. Since they did the service I have not seen the changes in electric any where near what they said was likely. 09/12/13 Quite a bit of time has past to make a full assessment and it is not good. I would never ever suggest anyone ever use this company. Their claims and product do not perform as promised. When you see these people run the other way.

I want my money back on paid service plan. ARS does not care to keep customer at all, much less keep them happy.

They had a high price for the replacement. They were on time and professional.

They were very prompt, arriving at their appointment time. They immediately looked over the situation and started their work. The attic was over 120 degrees and they worked on removal and installation until it was finished. They were very careful and cleaned up when they were finished.The selling agent came to see that everything was going well. There was some misunderstanding about the return of a plumber to check the gas unit and an electrician to finish the installation the next week. But it was taken care of and all the work was finished.

We did have some problems in the beginning but they fixed them. It turned out great in the end.

Their service is fairly standard. They come when we call and are prompt, which is the best thing about their service. I ask for the same person now to come and he knows what to do in my home.

There was a hiccup getting things started but it all turned out ok. They did fine.

They did a very good job. I was very pleased with the work they did. I think that it was very smart that they sat down and let me know what different options were available in terms of different units they could install. They also let me know how long it would take and how much it would cost. At this time the heat was in triple digits so I needed someone immediately. What stood out most about them was that they could install it the very same day. They even stayed here late into the night to get it installed. I would only use them in the future.

Adrian from ARS Rescue Rooter showed up earlier than we had expected, but was welcomed due to the headache that this pipe backup had been causing us. Adrian investigated the backup and checked to make sure that a power flush of the system was covered by our home warranty. Fortunately it was, so he proceeded with it. He continued to inspect and found that there were still some areas that needed attention. By the time he was done we had a wonderfully working drainage system. In addition, he notified us of about 80 ft. of cast iron pipe that probably should be replaced (we live in a home built in 1950). He also sold us on a cleaning solution that we should use once per month to keep the build up from occurring until we replace the pipes. We are very grateful for his diligence and advice.

.Workers showed up promptly, covered floors, and clothing in closet with plastic. Did the job, and vacuumed.

I first had them out to do an A/C performance check. They said I needed a new dual capacitor and recommended a ceiling saver switch. They charged the going the ate for these items. While there I asked them to move my thermostat.He said, "no problem". But he did not have the tools he needed and decided that he could use an assistant. He promised he would be back first thing the next morning but never showed up nor did he call. Then on the third day he brought an assistant and it took about an hour for them to install the new thermostat. I ended up paying $330.00 for that!!

The upstairs AC unit wasn't cooling and was making a horrible sound. I called ARS today around lunchtime, and ARS had a technician working on the problem today, which impressed me considering we are coming off of a three-day-weekend. The technician (William) arrived on time, was courteous and professional, and best of all fixed the problem. He also identified an installation problem in which the energy savings feature of the unit had never been hooked up. He fixed that, too. Very happy and satisfied with the service provided.

Everything turned out fine. More work has to be done but overall the did ok.

Everything has gone very well. They have done a good job. When they came to fix the thermostat, it had stopped working again and I thought it was great that they didn't charge a service call fee.

It was very good. The pricing wasn't the best.
