The team that did the install was very professional and friendly, and we are extremely happy with the result. We will go back to Arrow again for future window work.

+ -1 moreWe like them and we are eventually going to call them. They didn’t charge us anything. They spent enough time with us and we are going to call back. I haven’t seen their work, but the reason we selected them was because of Angie's List. My first impression of the company was great, responsive. As long as everything is good I would not hesitate to call them again.
Description of Work: They came out and gave us a quote, but we haven’t done anything yet. They just came out, looked at some windows, gave us some advice and said, “when you are ready to do this to give us a call!”

+ 0 more1) Swept broken glass from on the roof and into the yard. 2) Offered to send someone out, but not until the next day while there are four children in the house and many neighborhood children that play in the yard. 3) Did not offer anything for dissatisfied service. 4) Homeowner had to clean up glass to avoid accidental injury to other household members. 5) Homeowner had to provide a receptacle to place broken glass (workers came unprepared).
Description of Work: y son broke one of our upstairs double paned window from the outside. The glass stayed in the frame, and I called Arrow Glass to come fix it based on recommendations on here and from Angie's List. They came out right before Thanksgiving, took the measurements and ordered the window. It came in and they installed it; they had to remove the glass from the previous window. It's a second story window right above about 5 feet of roof and a gutter. After they were done and left, I walked outside and there was glass all over my yard and sidewalk. I called them back and was told by a manager that he could send someone out to clean it up tomorrow because they would be in the Cedar Park area. I explained that it was unacceptable and couldn't wait because I have four kids and the neighborhood children play in my yard, and I wouldn't have them getting cut by glass. Then he said he would "talk" to them and trailed off. I asked him if that's all he was going to do and he said what else could he do? I told him that it was unsatisfactory and he told me that he already said they could clean it up tomorrow and that he doesn't think they were throwing it away from the window. I got frustrated and hung up. I asked the kids how the glass was removed (they were watching because they're kids and apparently replacing a window is fascinating). According to them, the guys had dropped glass on the 5 foot section of roof, and then swept it too hard and sent it flying to the ground (my kids actually call "sweeping" "brooming" for whatever reason). No, I would not go with this company again. They have no accountability, no customer service skills, and no respect for people who have children that could be hurt.

+ 0 moreExcellent communications. Price were reasonable and justified. Installers are top notch (nice people, on time, no mess, meticulous). One thing worth mentioning: There was a problem with the door. Not sure who was responsible for that in the chain of manufacture. But Arrow Glass did everything required to make sure the problem was fixed to my satisfaction. Finding a good contractor is what we expect, but actually getting one who makes sure everything is perfect when problems arise is rare. We are happy with the shower and recommend Arrow Glass.

We could "shop through" the designs...the quote came with flat square corners, but we saw beveled edges & asked for a re-quote. Since it was in the same category, no price change. They guys came out to do exact measurements, down to the 1/8" variance in our wall tilt. Both the quote day and installation day, the guys were either on-time or early. They took the time for me to review their work and ask questions. Job site was clean when they left & we are very happy. FYI...gave B rating on price only because it was as expected and a fair price for the work & materials...no penalty intended.

Description of Work: Had glass cut for a piece of furniture. Piece was kind of a weird shape, so Arrow came out to measure to ensure a porper fit. Did not charge an arm and a leg to come and measure, which many other companies seemed to want to do. Glass came out perfect and at a very reasonable price. This is the second time we have used Arrow - we used them for our master bath frameless shower enclosure - and have been very happy with them. Will definitely use again!! Thank you Ivan, Dennis and others at Arrow glass.

+ 0 moreArrow Glass and Mirror did a very good job replacing the shower in our master bathroom. The work was completed quickly and it was of high quality. I recommend Arrow Glass and Mirror and would use them again.
Description of Work: I hired Arrow Glass and Mirror to replace the shower in our master bathroom. They removed the frameless shower unit that was leaking and installed a Aquatex tempered glass shower with a brushed nickel frame. The new shower frame was placed over the area where the old unit was so that the impact to the tile would be minimized. They caulked and sealed the shower unit and it has not leaked since. The removal of the old unit and installation of the new shower took only 2.5 hours. The work quality was very good. They hauled away the old unit and cleaned up the area to where it didn't look like work had been completed in our bathroom.

+ -1 moreThe price included brushed nickel hardware (two hinges, C-shaped back-to-back door handle, and brackets to attach the glass to the walls). The price did not include removal of the old shower because it had been removed by another company to prepare the shower for resurfacing. Arrow would have charged an extra $150 for the removal of the old surround. The new glass surround is absolutely beautiful. Arrow's work was done very quickly and professionally. The only thing they didn't do was to clean the glass after the installation to get the fingerprints and smudges off.
Description of Work: Arrow replaced my brass-framed shower surround with a frameless shower surround.
