+ -1 moreTHESE GUYS WERE VERY QUICK IN THEIR APPRIASAL, AS WE WERE IN A RUSH FOR OUR MORTGAGE. THEY DID IT AS A RUSH JOB AND APPRAISED US TO EXACTLY THE AMOUNT WE WERE LOOKING FOR.
Description of Work: THEY APPRAISED MY HOUSE WHEN I BOUGHT IT. HE APPRAISED BOTH THE HOUSE AND THE LAND.
