She was very helpful in providing me with information concerning what was available. She stayed in contact with me by phone and e-mail, frequently several times a day, with information concerning houses that I might be interest in. I reviewed the information and photos that she sent me, and she made arrangements for me to visit those that I want to inspect. She did not try to sell me on any of the houses, but did point out both the positive and the negative aspects of each. After several months of looking, Arlene called me about a townhouse that had just come on the market. We went over to the townhouse within the hour. I liked it, and told Arlene to make an offer on it, which she did upon returning to her office. Another party came to inspect the property as Arlene and I were leaving, and they submitted an offer immediately afterward as well. The sellers accepted my offer, because Arlene had sent mine in first. She worked diligently on my behalf 24/7, and always was prompt in returning my calls and e-mails.
