ceramic tile
 + -1 morePoorly. They apparently have hired new measurers and installers. The measurers completely missed the mark, forcing the installers to do manual cuts. They did not do the manual cuts well and installed the side portions of the countertop crooked. Also, they did not caulk and were difficult to work with.

Description of Work: The salesperson who helped us was fantastic - she had good ideas and was very knowledgeable about their products. We were also impressed by their selection. We were looking for a piece of quartz for a desktop and decided to get quotes on some remnants they had in stock. The quotes were ridiculous... $1170 for and 8.5 sq ft desk from a remnant. We found another provider who will give us the exact same product for half the price. They have good customer service but horrible pricing, and they also have fantastic products. If you don't care about price and you want a one shop spot to design your area I would highly recommend the place. But for most of us the pricing is way too off.

 + -1 moreI met with Angie and she was very helpful working with me to select tiles for by kitchen and fireplace. They have a lot of beautiful tiles to select from. When my order came in, Angie checked it and didn't like the color of the terracotta tile, so she sent it back with the store's floor sample to make sure they matched the color we had chosen exactly. They have amazing quality tiles and professional staff that will go the extra mile for their customers. I absolutely recommend them!

They quality of the granite were top notch. There were no mistakes with the installation. They were extremely professional and since we have used them we have passed them on to neighbors.

 + -1 moreAnyone wanting a high quality type of granite tile installed in the home should give Architectural Tile a call. Their service was exceptional, and the materials were excellent. The service guys were very professional and seemed to know exactly what to do. Their price was very much in line with the work and materials. They completed their job within the estimated time given.
Description of Work: They removed my old carpet and hardwood floor out of 7 rooms in my home and installed granite tile in every room.
