ARCHITECTURAL INSPECTIONS

I am really impressed by Ken. This is the first time buying a home in Austin, but we had bought one in another state before. Last time, I did not go to the inspection, this time, I decided to see how it works. I was not disappointed. We went through every room, checked every plug and faucet. In the attic, Ken showed me what appliances are there, what switches can I use, and where to find the manuals. Most importantly, Ken spotted some cracks of the house, and as he suspected, the foundation engineered told us that the foundation of the house has significant shift. We therefore backed off from the deal, and we are glad that we got Ken!

Ken arrived promptly on time. He was not only professional, but very informative and gracious. He welcomed me to join him in the inspection. Since it is my first purchase, I appreciated the learning experience. Ken also gave me valuable advice and insight at every stage of the inspection.
