+ -1 moreHe cleaned the control mechanism and got the control button to work. About a week after he was here the on/off control popped off while my husband was using it. I was able to put it back on, but one of the parts to hold it in place was cracked.. I called the office and described what happened and the assistant told me that it sounded like the part needed to be replaced, and said I could get it at Home Depot. That is probably a cheaper option than having the owner get the part for me. So that is what I am going to try next.
Description of Work: This was a service call to repair the on/off controls on our Jacuzzi bathtub.

Description of Work: I had a great experience with getting service to my jacuzzi bathtub from Aquaman. Actually it was surprising to me to find out that most plumbers didn't service the jacuzzi pump or parts. But eventually I was referred to Aquaman. | |They were punctual, polite and fair and get me back in service. It actually took 2 service calls since it needed a special part, but they only charged me for one call since they said it wasn't my fault that they didn't have the part the first time. | |I would call them in a heartbeat.
