We have used these guys several times and we have always been extremely impressed. They are honest, fair priced, and reliable. They come in and do exactly what they say they will do and they are flawlessly respectful about any request to lock the gates behind them, not letting the dog out etc.

They leave the area as they came into it, discuss options with you, and try to save you money. They do pool cleaning services. I highly recommend; my pool looked awesome and they leave a note on your door handle letting you know that they were there cleaning your pool. I really like that because you don't have to guess whether or not they came. The cost is reasonable and the people are friendly. When we were on vacation, they took care of my pool.

Went great, Wehad replaced the input board in June . At that time We were getting a failure error so Gary suggested just replacing that board to begin with , in that this might fix the problem without replacing the more expensive other board as well. The result was fine until October when We began seeing the same error again. Called Gary and they came right out and I decided to replace the other board as well. Gary, however, called the Hayward Supplier and reminded him that Hayward had had an issue with a few heaters in the year I had installed mine (2010) and got the supplier to cover the board cost even though it was out of warranty. He saved me the replacement cost and also gave up the mark up he would have made. Cannot beat that!!! We have used Aqua Logistics for over 7 years, He has replaced or repaired for us , the DE filter , the water pump , a leaking water falls , the heater, the chlorinator , and the pool light. We have also had our pool retiled and replastered using Gary. It was first installed in 2000. We have had him do about anything you can do with a pool (except swim in it) and are extremely happy with the promptness, pricing and quality of Aqua logistics' work. The most recent Heater experience has caused me to write this recommendation , as it made me realize all the good work that Gary, Julie and their crew, have done for us and that he could be doing the same for someone else . I have used Aqua-Logistics several times for pool repairs and each time the service has been great. They are reliable, professional and provide great service. This most recent service call was because the heater wasn't working. When they opened the front panel of the heater they first encountered a lot of compacted debris, then a foul odor then upon further inspection, a nest with living rats looking at them then ran out by them. Because the rats chewed the wires and heater was ruined, I had them install a new heater. Because of a cramped work space, they had to lift the old and new heaters over their heads to install, and when I mentioned that I would pick up the rat's nest debris and leaves in the area before they put in the new heater they told me not to worry about it, and they took care of it. Their service was above and beyond the expected service and they handled everything they encountered with a great attitude. I will continue to hire them for my pool repairs and I highly recommend them.

I couldn't have been happier with the work that was performed. Gary is focused on service, whereas many businesses focus on new installation or service only on their own installs. Aqua-Logistics was happy to service a system that was installed by the previous owners of my home by a vendor that is no longer in business. During the bad freeze in Austin in early 2010, my rainwater collection system was damage severely. This system is the house water and my home is not connected to LCRA. Much of the valves and plumbing were damaged as well as the pumps that circulate and filter the water. I had some difficulty finding a company that would just focus on service, so I called Gary and asked if he would help me out with it. A rainwater collection system has a lot of similarities with swimming pool filtration, and Gary has experience with industrial water systems as well. It turns out that I was lucky to have hired Aqua-Logistics as they have special equipment used for repairing pool plumbing leaks that was needed for my project. Without this equipment, I would have lost most of my water. The original ozone disinfectant system had died, so Gary ordered and installed a top of the line system. I can tell a big difference in the water quality since then. Also, the original system was not wired correctly, but Gary made sure to install the new one so that in synced properly with the filtration pump. Of the cost, about half was for the ozone generator itself, and the other half was all of the labor required. I always say that Aqua-Logistics is not the cheapest, but they do great work at a fair price. Some other nice touches were that they killed off an ant problem in my shed while they were working and even changed the light bulb out there. If you need service on a rainwater collection system, I highly recommend Aqua-Logistics. You'll spend a little more, but you'll be happy with the work.

Great! Took just minutes to find the faulty breaker and replace it, check everything was working on both speeds. They spent a lot of time re-configuring the indoor control panel that we had messed up. The two guys and a trainee were very pleasant and knowledgeable. Cost covered 2 hours and circuit breaker. Very happy.

The quoting process was easy and the installation was professional and well done. We did have to be around most of the, because they couldn't tell us exactly when they would show up. Our pool filter was covered under our home warranty (AHS), so the cost of the new filter and installation was $0 to us.

I spent $50 and was one time for pool cleaning, but they have also done other services in the past. It was really the service style, the cleaning was adequate. It was a little expensive, but the service, knowledge, ability and work, and the equipment are very good and very reasonable. Their responsiveness has been a little lighter lately.

I hired Gary to install a new filter pump based on the recommendation of my local Pool Warehouse store. He did such a great job that I hired him to do my weekly pool cleaning. I have not had any problems whatsoever. In addition to the weekly cleaning and maintenance, Aqua-Logistics has installed LED lights as well as corrected some issues with work performed by other providers. Aqua-Logistics isn't the cheapest service, but the prices are inline with other providers at a better quality of service. I'd highly recommend trying Aqua-Logistics especially for any type of pool equipment service.
