+ -1 moreThe service man called when he was going to be late which was great. He diagnosed the problem with my oven pretty quickly. He wasn't sure if he had the part on him, as he was told my stove was electric and it was gas. I was never asked. The problem I have with the company is that I paid $169.00 for an ignitor for my oven that I found on line at many places for $24.99. When I called them to discuss this issue they said they would call back in a few minutes and they never did. I felt that the $85.00 for labor was reasonable, but the severely jacked up price on the part was insane. I would not recommend using any company that will not return your phone call to remedy a situation. By the way, the $247.00 was with 10% off because of an Angie's list coupon. UPDATED 10/17/2011: They admitted to overcharging me. I spoke with the owner who said they would send me a check for the difference and apologized for the misunderstanding. It's been at least six weeks and I am still waiting for the check they promised me. I was over charged by $100.00. Don't recommend them to anyone unless you have a lot of money to waste.
Description of Work: Diagnosed and repaired an ignitor on the stove. UPDATED 10/17/2011: Changed out a $24.00 part and charged me $170 for it.
