Overall, I'm pleased with my experience. Rosie sent someone out for measurements the day after I called. Once I received the quote, I had a million questions all of which Rosie patiently and thoroughly answered. As scheduled, the installer (Victor) arrived and came back each day until the work was done. In my opinion, the quality of the work was good. Some of the tiles weren't applied with the same pressure so the surface isn't smooth. This is particularly noticeable with the backsplash. One of these spots is where an outlet plate sits so the plate isn't flush against the tile; there's a big gap where one tile is pushed in too far. Given the price I paid though, I'm happy with the work. There are two things I'm not happy about. The day before work began, I specifically asked if the counter would be covered by the installer and was told yes. I had a brand new quartz counter installed the day before and wanted to make sure it was protected. The installer started working without covering the counter. I even asked if he was going to cover it and he said no. The end result was dried grout all over my new counter. I was so angry because it could have been prevented. Instead, I had to spend a lot of time removing the grout with a razor. Second thing was the guys removed the toilet without removing the water. There was toilet water all over my garage which ended up getting tracked into my home on the newly installed floor tile.

This company responded to my calls and emails same day and were very courteous. Their quotes for installation are competitive. The owner Rosie handles all the inquiries and her husband Oscar and her crew do the installation. I have used this company twice. One time for installation and another one for a repair of 2 planks that were loose. Request Oscar for any repair. His knowledge and experience are top notch. I highly recommend this company and I must add to this review that a high end floor supplier in Austin has this company on their list of highly recommended installers. That says it all....
