I will be reluctant to use them. I live in Home Owners Association and we use them. Home Owners Association hire’s them and I don’t hire them directly. I don’t care for them. I had a recurring issue and they were not responsive. They were not punctual with me. I would not use them in the future.

They do great work for me. They are very responsive to my phone calls. Always willing to come out and do the work. They make sure the job is done right and professionally. If anything goes wrong they are quick to fix the problems. They have erradicated scorpions, fire ants, some pretty scary stuff. I think they do an excellent job and would reccomend them to anyone.

Have my house sprayed every other month. Have completed service 3 times so far. Have had a variety of critters (scorpions, wood ants, regular ants, wasps, spiders) exterminated. If you see any insects before the next visit is due, they will promptly come out and tend to any problems you have.

I chose this company via a friend's referral. Very professional and easy mannered representation / sales by Corey. He came to my home to estimate and explain services. Then I met the guy that did the work, Javier, at my home when he started the job. Impressive work ethic and attitude. I am very satisfied and now recommend Andy Howard to others without concerns.

Had dust falling from the ceiling and landing along the baseboard of one wall. Technician came out and said it was carpenter ants. They sprayed the attic, injected chemical into the ceiling and sprayed the perimeter of the house and the trees. It did the trick. I have also used them for trapping mice at another house. They always come quickly and are very professional and friendly. Once you are a customer you seem to get preferential time on appointments.

Well, their treatment DIDN"T work at all. I had to call them back twice more, for a total of three treatments and we still had ants after the third time. I was worried about exposing my kids to all these chemical residues and fed up with their treatment not working. Turns out that the chemicals they were using did not even work for ghost ants. They were spraying the wrong stuff!!! My husband did some investigating and by word of mouth found a product called "Torro" that worked like magic and is non-toxic for humans. Even better, it's cheap! I believe that Torro only works on ghost ants, though.

Great! We use them on a regular basis. They are easy to schedule and they come out and re-service if ever there is a problem. Truly, they "kill our bugs". They are also cautious with small children.
