They came out in a timely manner and did a review of the system. They made a few recommendations to add additional sprinkler heads, which I wasn't in a position to do at the time. Their prices were not to my liking, which is why I didn't pursue it at a later date.

Everything went as expected. They showed up on time and repaired/replaced heads that were sticking.

It went okay. I ended up selling and caught a few more things. I don’t know if I’ll use them again because the bill kind of got run up to about $500 to $600. I think the outcome of the work was good. He did good work. I just feel like his pricing was higher than what I paid in the past for similar services. It all worked fine. I have no complains there.

I called thinking that my sprinkler system had a crack in the pipe causing water to swell and pool in my front yard. The water was spreading into the neighbor's yard. We shutoff the main to the house, leaving my house without water but stopping the rising of the water into the yard. Without water to the house on a Sunday, this was a situation that could not wait until Monday. I called Andy's and was contacted back within minutes by Chris, manager of the Austin area. Luckily Chris lived near by and swung over promptly. It was quickly determined that it wasn't the sprinkler line and was the main line to the house. Chris and his tech were super helpful and replaced the cracked 45 degree joint in short order. Super friendly and communicative, I will definitely be calling Chris back when we are ready to expand the sprinkler system to cover the complete back yard.

I purchased the maintenance service for sprinkler system, but it turned out that my control box had been damaged heavily and needed to be replaced. The maintenance service was something like $79, but I ended up spending around $250-300, if I recall correctly. They did a fine job.

set up was OK, but then came up with all kinds of ecuses to upsell me stuff...and when they left, the next day I noticed a broken sprinkler head that wasn't there before.

Those guys are great. They came out in August, 2 days after I bought the deal.

We have used Andy's on a regular basis so I was happy to buy the Big Deal for a Sprinkler Tune-Up, they arrived on time and completed the tune-up. I knew there were a couple of sprinkler heads that were busted so asked them to repair those also, they did so in about 20-30 minutes at a cost of $66. Great service at a reasonable price, Andy's is awesome!

They were fast, professional, and helpful.

They repaired some leaky sprinkler heads and replaced a couple that were not working. They returned a few days later to fix a leak on a head that they did not originally repair at no extra charge.

They arrived on time and were very polite. I explained that I am changing the yard elevation within the next two years and would like a bid on any changes they would recommend. I asked that they check the system and make correction.They ran the system, flag were located next to problem sprinklers. They corrected 2 sprinklers but left 3 flags in the yard. They did not finish the job.

No follow through at all with the additional work we discussed with resulting in them losing us as a customer.

I was very pleased with the service I got from Andy's Sprinklers. I was able to get an appointment right away when I called to schedule it. They were very informative once they arrived to do the work and explained how my system was working and what needed to be changed. As well, they were able to put my sprinklers on a proper watering schedule and made sure I was getting the coverage I needed in my yard so that I wasn't wasting any extra water. Next time I need work done with my sprinklers, I will definitely be calling them back out!

I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal for this service and it was fine. He did a thorough evaluation and was a nice person.

We have used Andy's before and really like them. Professional and effective. Fixed a small problem with the line included in the tune up cost. Also recommended fixes on a couple sprinkler heads.

Set up the 12 stage Rainbird module I purchased at Lowes. I don't remember the exact date but I will call on them again should the need arise. Saved me a ton of $ in not trying to up sell me another computer for my system, thank you.

Experience was very good and the results are noticeable. The repositioning of some of the sprinkler heads was badly needed. Overall, the job was pricey but reasonable considering the amount of work that had to be done. Very professional, punctual and very helpful in answering all my questions. Yes, I would definitely use this provider in the future.

This provider did not respond to my requests for service, even after paying for the service.

After having a pool and patios built, our whole sprinkler system in the back and side yard (approx. 1/2 acre) were destroyed. Though we had to wait till Andy's Austin office had the time for our job, they showed up on time and though the original estimate was two days' work, they managed everything in one day, working until late in the evening. Everything works perfectly.

He was very professional. But, he advised us that he did not service the type of system that we had. He could replace all our sprinkler heads with their parts. He offered that we could use someone else or do it ourselves using the parts available at the big hardware stores. Our goal was to redirect water to reduce run-off.

Andy's Sprinkler did a great job. All my sprinklers are working great. The vendor was punctual and quick, though the person actually doing the work did not speak any English. I was given an estimate of the costs which turned out to be what was charged. I did not see any extra charges or any charges that I was not aware off. There was an issue with low water pressure at my house. I got an hourly price quote to find out the problem. I declined stating that I would call my plumber to take a look first and possible the City of Austin, as I get water from them. I definitely recommend Any's Sprinkler Drainage & Lighting.
