Service man did an excellent job of trouble shooting the problems with the system and made efficient repairs. kept owner informed of what he was doing and the costs of the repairs.

I have used them in the past and they have always been upfront. Their price is very reasonable. I like the people that do the work.

Repaired my whole sprinkler system. Found, checked and replaced, when needed, every sprinkler head and replaced the whole electric system that had gone bad. They were very though and did a great job.

Never contacted me, a non-functional toilet needs timely response.

They had to dig and replace some pipes. It turned out good. Considering what they did their price was fine.

Work was performed pretty much on schedule. No major complaints. Just one point, the new grass covering the work was not of the best quality (summer time)

Update: 8/1/14 Brandon called then came out to evaluate our current system and discuss the needed changes. Brandon has been very patient and has listened to our concerns and has outlined a plan to address our current irrigation needs. The estimate he has provided seems reasonable for all the work that will need to be done. We have them scheduled for Friday 8/8/14. Brandon has agreed to provide me with information about the placement of the irrigation pipes and if the locations I have selected for new trees will cause a problem. We also discussed the rock issue in our yard. He said they always come prepared for rocks in our area, and if it appears that the rocks in our yard are going to cause an excessive delay (more than 4 hours), he will negotiate the new costs with us. Brandon has renewed my confidence in Andy's Sprinkler Service. We have been redoing our backyard, removed a large deck and the sparse dying grass, we installed 3 pallets of Zoysia. When we turned the sprinklers on we realized they need to be adjusted to cover the new areas. We called Andy's Sprinklers because we have been pleased with their service. They are prompt, polite, address the problem and the price is usually less than we expect. The most recent experience has let us down a little. Justin showed up on time. like all the other techs he was polite, listened to our concerns and discussed what he would be doing with the system. He checked the system, adjusted heads and nozzle, replaced a broken nozzle and rotor (our dogs have figured out how to get water out of the sprinkler heads). Since he was by himself he was only able to fix and adjust the zones we have. He told us he would send via email an estimate for adding a zone to the backyard. My husband has called a couple of times however the only thing they send is a copy of the invoice for the work they did on 7/3/14. We are still changing things in our backyard so manually watering the small areas is not that big of a deal. Hopefully they will be able to add the zone before we complete our backyard projects. I am not going to give up on Andy's because of this one issue. hopefully they will complete the job soon, so I can report that they have addressed the issue and I no longer have to manually water small sections of my yard.

Joe called to apologize and said he had emailed the bid to me. However, I never received it, so I assumed he was not interested in the job. He said in the future he would do a follow-up phone call to make sure bids were received. I appreciate his integrity and manning up to the situation. I would consider his again. I'm changing my grade of F to B.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It was a positive experience. They honored the price for what the Big Deal included but I ended up having them do a lot more custom work so I had them out a couple of times. There were other issues they addressed separately. They were honest and the pricing was fair. They have become our default lawn sprinkler provider.

Excellent - best contractor experience i have ever had!

The service was fine. We had no problems.

The handyman was great. We scheduled an appointment for him to evaluate the work I wanted done and then set up a time for him to come and do the work. He was punctual andvreliable. I had him change the swing of our laundry room door (to swing into the hall instead of the tiny laundry room), change out two ceiling fans and two light fixtures. He brought all the tools needed to complete the work, including a ladder tall enough to reach my 12 foot ceilings. And he cleaned up afterwards too.

By far the best contracting experience I have ever had!! They came in and fixed the problems left by the pool company that installed my inground pool. Now when it rains the pool does not flood. They did a very professional job and left my yard looking fabulous!!

The entire experience was just great! The 2 irrigation specialists sent by Andy's Sprinkler were very professional and immediately calmed my concerns about the leak, assuring me they would complete the repair quickly and efficiently, and so they did. One concern of mine was that the leak repair would be so expensive that I would not be able to afford the other work I had in mind. That was not the case, and we walked through all the other changes I wanted. These were accomplished totally to my satisfaction and they were very careful with my yard and flower beds. I could not be happier with the outcome of their work and the fact that they put me at ease while working on my property.

Great service. On time & completed all work in about 2 hours. Replaced several sprinkler heads. Repaired leaks in two areas. Adjusted all the heads for proper watering. I would highly recommend Andy's Sprinkler.

Service was prompt and professional - however after looking back at my previous invoices with other professional providers in the area - I was charged >20% higher for the replacement of my sprinkler heads. The parts were the same (Rain Bird) through both service providers so not sure it was worth it. Also, I bought the Angie's List deal to have a sprinkler evaluation done but it ended up costing me more (I basically paid for the inspection and then paid for the repair - which was somewhat of a duplication of effort & cost). I wish I would have been advised of that before I paid for the deal through Angie's List. I spent $100 more than I would have by just going back to my previous provider - who I had no issues with.

Servicer identified all the issues with my system, gave me an estimate and went straight to work. Some heads needed replacement (not identified at first) but I was not charged for the extra time, just the parts. Clean up took little time since the servicer was neat and orderly. All in all, well done.

The service turned out well. They were easy to schedule with and I really liked their service. They are coming back again for more service. They were very good and we will be repeat customers.

They were great. They performed certainly what the deal required but they provided really good advise on what needed to be done. We called them back six months later and have them do all of the work they recommended. They were responsive, friendly and they clearly understood there business. They were on time. They were polite. They explained well the current situation and the choices to improve it. Their follow up was very good.

I couldn't be more surprised! I sent these guys a note on Angie's List saying that I wanted to put sprinklers in my backyard. They got back to me promptly saying give us a call in the office. I did and the woman I spoke to said they were only doing sprinkler repairs. They only did installations in the fall. Seems that business is so good that they don't want any more of it. I'd pass on these guys?

It took several hours to check the system and move the heads. They had to dig up the old heads and pipes and put in new ones. They finished by programming the sprinkler system. They were efficient, courteous and neat. The new system works well.
