Description of Work: Chris came out to do a bid on a drainage system for the exterior of our house. He was punctual, knowledgeable and professional. He gave us a detailed and clear bid shortly after the visit. His plan was reasonable and the price was competitive. However, we decided to go with a different contractor who proposed a solution with which we were more comfortable. Nevertheless, if we need work in the future I would call Chris again.

Description of Work: Nothing. Andy's web cite shows service in San Marcos. When I called to make an appointment, someone there said they would not come to San Marcos, apparently not for the promotional price offered through Angie's list. Not quite as bad as Obamacare, but at least I received a refund.
