Description of Work: I first contacted Andy's Drainage to evaluate my home for flooding problems. The tech came out ans decided this situation was out of his expertise so he arranged another meeting with his supervisor and they both came out the next week and decided that placing a drain system might not prevent another flooding problem, so recommended a forensic engineer... I was not charged for these visits! So I had them come out to work on updating my sprinkler system, which was done on time, and at a reasonable cost. I feel this is a very honest, reliable company and recommend them for your drainage or sprinkler needs. |

Description of Work: Replaced: 2 sprinkler heads; 1 bad rotor; 1 pipe break; raised 1-rotor; and replaced 1 bad control valve; and system diagnostic. As I have a warranty service, one comment about broken pipe (was a quick judgment call, and tech later advised to me the age and normal wear and tear could be the reason that the pipe broke) resulted in my warranty company denying $111 cost for the pipe break--encouraged them with other customers in the future to only say "X" occurred if normal wear and tear was definitely not why the pipe broke (pipe installed in mid-2006). Happy overall with service (rated-B), but unhappy with overall cost and comments noted above. Can only hope the service received fixed all of my sprinkler issues? If no further issues, would consider using Andy's Sprinkler service again in the future?

Description of Work: We had a long running problem with rain water building up in an outside corner of the house (which then seeps into the house) and Andy's came in, assessed the problem and came up with a solution. It involved regrading, installing a sump pump and rerouting runoff water from a neighbors yard. Since the work was done we've had a few good heavy rains that would have been enough to come into the house and the work Andy's did has worked great! No leaks.
