Everything was fixed very well. The only issue was it cost QUITE a bit more than I was expecting. However, I will still call them again if needed!

Very well they completed all the work by 1:30 and the price was reasonable I did negotiate the price down some. Overall very pleased.

He came out and determined that my water pressure needed to be addressed by a plumber. After that was taken care of he came back out and completed the sprinkler tune up for no extra charges.

The service reps identified some sprinkler heads that needed to be replaced and flagged them with stakes in the yard. They also identified what they said was a busted pipe and when I asked to see it, it suddenly was not a busted pipe but just a leaky sprinkler head. I decided not to have them repair the sprinkler heads due to feeling misled by the supposed busted pipe. They then quickly removed the flags marking the damaged sprinkler heads. If I was running a company I would inform my customers of the exact heads that needed repairs and if my customers trusted me to do the work for the quote provided then I would do their work. If not, at least through my tune-up I would inform my customers of suggested repairs with the hopes of gaining their business for future needs. In this case, I lost trust in the company and would not utilize or refer them.

It went quite poorly. The job required a second visit when I found that one of the replaced heads was leaking water overnight, even though the whole system was shut off. The second visit involved a lot of guesswork and blaming those who did the maintenance last year for poor work - this was also Andy's. BTW: same thing happened last year - the maintenance work also required improvements. I think the cost of maintaining the sprinkler system between $400-$500 every year is quite excessive. Going to look for another provider, which hopefully will save me frustration, money and time.

GREAT !!! Nathan and his worker were Excellent. They adjusted all the sprinkler set up the proper times for watering. They were polite, efficient, and knowledgeable. I'm 70 and Nathan explained everything he was doing, asking me in advance what I wanted. Once they were done, I knew exactly how to operate the system. If I ever need any future maintenance I will only call Andy's Sprinklers. They are the BEST !!!

$413 for approximately two hours of work and the only material used was some 1/2 pvc and glue. That is too much money for labor.

A very thorough diagnosis by Denim and he identified some unique problems that helped us understand problems last year that we had not discussed in advance. He found creative solutions and did a great job explaining what he had done and what we needed to do in the future. We will use them annually for the inspection and hope that we get the same service person again.

They came out fairly quickly very responsive. Identified all the problems and new where and how to fix it. They have been doing work for me for two years. They are very professional and know sprinkler systems very well. They explained various points I had several questions on how the sprinklers worked and were able to answer all those questions. They even reset my timer for the sprinkler system.

Good so far - more work to come at a later date

Andy's was great. They came out, took the time to really diagnose the issue and took the time to show me exactly what they found as they found it. They showed me the cut wires and poor repair work done by the previous company and they were able to rectify everything and get my system running again.

It went well. I expected to pay less, but the part was expensive.

They were fast, courteous, and very helpful. They fixed the electrical issue, repaired heads, reset all sprinkler heads, and set up all zone watering times. The invoice even had a full description of all the zone times so when the power went out I could reset it to the way they put it.

AN OPEN LETTER TO THE OWNER OF ANDY's SPRINKLER AUSTIN. I have been an Andy's Sprinkler customer for many years. You have some great irrigation techs. I had always been happy with your service until recently. In July I called Andy's to service my home. The tech came to the house, spent under 1 hour fixing (which still leaks by the way) a leak and replacing a rotor... and charged me $400 FOR LESS THAN ONE HOUR OF LABOR. IT WOULD HAVE BEEN LESS EXPENSIVE PER HOUR TO ASK TWO ER Docs or a Surgeon to fix my irrigation system. I called five times over a 2 week period to leave word for a manager to call me back. When I did not hear back, I emailed the CEO thru linked in (two different people that say they are owners/founders of Andy's-- none emailed me back. Eventually (1 month later) I did hear back from the manager who said he would look into it. Three weeks later I received an overdue invoice for the full amount. I again called the manager. After another 30 min. on the phone he said he would again look into it and get back with me. The following week he called me back to offer discounting the bill to $350/hour for service. And the leak the tech 'fixed' is still leaking. Nordstroms philosophy is the customer is always right... even when they are not. I am very reasonable and offered to split the difference especially if they repair the leak, but at this point I am at a loss. I again ask Andy's to reconsider their position. $200/hour (assuming the leak is fixed) seems more than reasonable. But $400 is ridiculous. I don't know what the lifetime value of a cusomter is to Andy's... but I have to believe that $200 for less than 1 hour of work (assuming you still fix the leak) is fair. Alternatively, waive the bill and I will call another irrigation company to come out and fix your repair.

Awful - they never contacted me. Had to cancel and go with someone else.

Jesse, the project manager, and Alonso the crew chief did a great job of keeping the work on track. The attention to detail was excellent and Jesse kept us advised of issues and decision points as they arose. The work would have been finished in four to five days but weather delays extended total elapsed time to 10 days. The quality of materials and workmanship were top notch and the workers cleaned up after themselves before leaving our property every day. Very professional, with the latest electronic tools for accurate surveying/grading. Can't imagine any other vendor could improve on the performance of Andy's Sprinkler. Not cheap but we got exactly what we paid for. We can now go on vacation without having to worry about multiple four inch rains breaching the house. Highly recommended.

I had a leak in the sprinkler system that needed repairs. After reading the Angie List reviews I called three providers. I called Aquamax Sprinkler Systems and American Sprinkler Repair first. I received a recorded message for both companies when I called. I left my information and waited for a return call. After 24 hours with no return call (I called Friday around 11 and waited until 11 the following Monday) I called Andy's Sprinkler Drainage. A live person answered my call on the 2nd ring, gave me a quote and scheduled an appointment. The following day I received a confirmation call confirming the appointment. The day of the appointment the service tech called and advised he was running ahead of schedule and would be early if that was convenient. Three repair techs arrived, listened while I explained what I needed done, and then reviewed the problem. Jake prepared a quote and explained what needed to be done. In the beginning, I thought their price was high but it took the three of them 1.5 hours to dig up the hole and repair the leak. All three were working the entire time. When they finished the work they repaired the lawn and billed me exactly the amount quoted. No additional fees. American Sprinkler Repair did eventually call me back (took them roughly 25 hours to return my call) but Aquamax has yet to return my call. Andy's was extremely professional throughout the process. The other companies may or may not do a good job but their customer service was poor from the start. Andy's Sprinkler Drainage did an excellent job from the beginning answering my call and keeping me updated throughout the process. I was happy with the work they did and they provided a one year warranty on their work. I would recommend them and use them in the future.

The staff were punctual, knowledgeable, and very professional. One sprinkler head had come loose. They repaired it, checked and set the sprinkler. Then they tested and programmed the sprinkler. It is now ready for spring. The only additional charge was for the loose head. I am very pleased with the work.

We can safely say that after many heavy rains recently, the drainage system is working like a charm. During the heavy rains we happened to be having our floors replaced so all of our belongings were in the garage. With the channel drain across the driveway, we had no water get in. It did take a few weeks to get the initial proposal back after the consultation but as a result they ended up not charging us which was nice! The work took 5 days and everyone was very nice. Joe, who managed the project and wrote the proposal, even spent a few hours into Friday smoothing concrete and making the channel drain on our driveway look great. They replaced sod that was taken out during the project and took care of our yard in the places where the grass could be saved. Overall they did a great job and we're very happy that we don't have to worry about water seeping into our home anymore.

I bought the $95 system check, knowing that I would go ahead and get things fixed if necessary. They not only repaired some broken heads, but tuned the system, reset the schedule, and changed out some heads that had become inefficient due to tall bushes. Very professional.

Denim Hadsall and his crew did the sprinkler tune up. He was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain exactly what he was doing and why. When something needed to be replaced, he took the time to discuss our options and the impact of those options. He and his crew made sure every sprinkler head was providing the right level of coverage and water. He also spent the time explaining the optimal sprinkler programming and water times for my area. I had not had a sprinkler tune up in many years. It was clear that this is something I need to do more often. It not only will save water but also keep my yard green. I would highly recommend Andy's Sprinkler and Drainage.

Extremely informative and friendly service. I had to wait awhile to get the formal estimate, thanks to the glut of work after the Memorial Day flooding?no hard feelings there. The work was done quickly and competently, even in 105-degree weather, and Joe made a couple of small changes to the installation after the fact, with no extra charges.

It went well. He called ahead and came by early and really listened to my needs. He (Joe) was very easy to work with.

arrived on time.went to work right away. very professional. very thorough. told me what needed to be done and approximate cost. replaced all defective heads and set proper sectors for watering. I certainly would recommend the company for your irrigation needs. Jerry Lovinggood
