Andy's Sprinkler Drainage & Lighting

I was very pleased with the overall process in having these services performed. There were no surprise additions to his estimate, and they were carried out in a timely fashion. I will definitely utilize this firm again when it comes time to have the sprinkler system reevaluated.

We just bought our first home and it came equipped with a full law sprinker system -- something we have never dealt with before. From the home inspection, we knew several sprinkler heads were broken and others were aimed incorrectly. Andy's was running a sprinkler tune up special, so I called and was able to get an appointment immediately. Two hours before the scheduled appointment, the lead crew man called to say they were running early if that worked for my schedule. (It did, and it was nice to have that flexibility instead of workers showing up unannounced). A crew of two came out -- they inspected and cleaned all the heads, replaced ones by the driveway with flexible heads to withstand if they got rolled over by the car, replaced ofthers that were craked, adjusted sprinkler heads for better flow, and repositioned at least two srinkler heads (for some reason, one was actually located behind a fence). They explained how to use the system, clean heads, and change spray direction. The workers were very thorough, courteous, and knowledgeable. Andy's also has a terrific warranty. I would definitely recommend their law sprinkler tune-up and replacement services.

Arrived promptly, clean and neat, polite and articulate. Explained everything in detail. Fantastic service? Will deefinnitely use this company again and recommend to others.

I was very impressed that the lead serviceman gave credit to his hispanic assistant for finding the leak. I would definitely trust them to work for me again.

They started with a diagnostic phase -- the entire yard. They then came to me with specific recommendations, all of which I accepted (see above). They had to relocate a couple of the sprinklers in the garden, and replaced the soil and plants so perfectly you cannot tell that they did anything. I watched the system this morning, and am very pleased.

Very nice gentleman, arrived onetime after receiving a confirmation call. Provided a thorough exo,a nation of deficiencies, and cost of repair/replacement to include and estimate for labor. Completed work in less time than quoted, and charge was less than anticipated. If quote for additional work is reasonable, we will certainly use this company for addional irrigation installation.

Had to call them back when zone stopped working after one week. The repeat visit was quick, problem was resolved quickly and there was no additional charge.

Chris came out to give an estimate. He explained what he proposed to fix the problem. Because the problem only happens when it rains he had to use a garden hose to get an idea of how the water drained. The written estimate was very detailed. I got an estimate from another drainage company but went with Andy's because their solution to the problem was well thought out. The crew came and completed the work in one day. They had to take out several plants to install some pipe but replanted everything with no damage done. The next time it rained I was able to see that their solution worked. I would hire them again.

I called my former company and they did not respond so I called and they were very prompt in getting back to me and also sending someone out as soon as they did. I was impressed with the work and what they did. They missed one valve in the back yard which I am still evaluating to see if it is necessary or make a difference. I do not think it is so I will not bother with recontacting them about the one valve. They were still a bit pricey but overall I was impressed as they did quite alot of work in the time they spent. I will continue to use them and would recommend them highly! I am overall very impressed..

Overall, the services that were performed were ok. The sprinkler bases were not all cleared, only a couple were done in areas that were visible right away. I did not appreciate the fact that there was someone digging up my yard without asking me. Also, this was probably my own fault, but after being told all areas were up and running smoothly, I trusted this information, especially since this company was highlighted on Angie's list, and did not ask the technician to show me. The next day I learned zone one was not working at all, which was the zone they dug up and repaired??? I also realized later that evening, that my sprinklers were scheduled to run every seven days, from a Wednesday. My house is only suppose to run every seven days on a Sunday. Also later that evening, my sprinklers came on. They came on again the next day. It's a good thing no one reported me or that the city was doing rounds, since we can only water once a week. I called to report the issue for zone one and was told the technician would be there the following day, which I had to reschedule, which was not an issue or problem. Before the technicians ever arrived, in the past, the zone two sprinklers sprayed at a 100% radius. I noticed after the services were performed, these heads only sprayed at a 50% radius and this reduced the area I wanted coverage for. When the technicians arrived to check zone one, they discovered they had not turned the water pressure on from the main valve. I then asked about zone two and the spraying radius and I was told the heads needed to be replaced before they would spray at a 100% radius. I mentioned they were spraying correctly last year, and I was then told that I needed to replace the whole system before the heads would spray correctly. WTH!

Reapaired leaking sprinkler; diagnosed the problem; quick repair. Immediate response to my call to schedule the service--showed up on time and work was completed as requested. Ihave used this company in the past--and as always the service, response, work, price were great!

They came out, where on time, checked everything thing over & replaced some heads & made some adjustments. Everything went well! They were very nice.

The company did quality work. I won't know for sure if it was sufficient until the height of the summer heat. They do good work, but they charge too much for material. I am constantly on the lookout for another company that does good work for what I consider a more reasonable cost.

He spent all afternoon two different days. He did tons of work. He listened to my requests and worked with me regarding price.

I had used them before and the technician, Joe Stuckey, remembered me. He was very professional and he took care of business. I will use them again.

They came out and the young man that came out was very professional. He checked out all of the sprinkler heads while his helper was operating the channels in the garage. We then went inside the garage to check the system. All of a sudden one of the channels was broken when it was working fine this whole month. He said it would cost about $350 to replace the breaker and I said that I would think about it. I then called the owner and he said he would come by and check the box. He never showed and never and called. I called another company and they quoted about $200.00. I was not pleased with Andy’s at all.

They were very good; I liked their service. I would recommend them.

They never showed up... Basically I wasted the whole day waiting for them. I received a phone call at 6:30 pm asking if I would like to have someone come by on Monday...WTH!!! That was pretty lame, the guy on the phone kept trying to give me excuses on what happened...really? That was insulting to say the least. If you can't make it to my home, at least call me and tell me so I don't waste my time waiting on someone all day long. I was p*****!!! My time is valuable...if you are not willing to be on time, don't bother.

They were really good, very prompt. They came the same day actually and fixed the problem. They seemed really knowledgeable and they are in the business for quite a few years. They gave me some great advice and I will definitely call them again. I had some sprinkler heads moved around in the spring so I have to redo some stuffs in the yard. So I would definitely call them again. They are really friendly, professional and just prompt. I really appreciated that they were able to come the same day that I called.

They cancelled my initial appointment because it was raining but rescheduled and came out 2 weeks later. The guys showed up on time and were very courteous. After they had checked the system they talked to me about what they had found and whether I wanted them to do the repairs. The inspection and repairs were completed in about 2 hrs.

Andy's was very professional and responsive and met all of our expectations when completing the work at our house. They thoroughly assessed the issues and provided us with a written estimate before starting any work. Their pricing was a little high in comparison to other providers; however, their expertise and quality of work left us with the feeling that we made a smart call when hiring them for the job. I would recommend Andy's to others and would not hesitate to use them again in the future.

I had Andy's come out using a Big Deal coupon ($49) to have my system checked. I knew some adjustments were needed, and that a couple of heads would pop off when the system was on. They came the same day I contacted them. I think they had someone in this area. Brian showed up and checked everything out. Friendly, and polite, he seemed like someone you could trust. I haven't gotten other estimates, and I'm going to hold off, as I had in mind to just adjust the system and not tweak it for best coverage for $1500. *Ran through system and adjusted heads and nozzles as needed *Repaired 3 leaking heads and straightened 2 *The irrigation system has many heads that are sticking, slightly leaking, and not spraying properly. There aremultiple coverage issues that need to be addressed.*In the front yard along the driveway and pathway there are multiple heads that are overspraying onto theconcrete and creating dry spots in the turf. We can help solve this by adding heads and tightening thespacing so that minimum overspray will be achieved. Coverage will be increased as well. Along the flowerbedthere are no heads in front of it spraying back. We would add these heads so that proper coverage will beachieved. *In the back yard there are multiple areas that do not have water spraying in them. We would be addingheads to a couple spray zones and a couple rotor zones. Trenching some long distances will be involved, butcoverage will be much better. Adding the heads again will give tighter spacing and more adequate coverage.
