Andy's Sprinkler Drainage & Lighting

I have used Andy's Sprinklers twice now and both time their service reps were on time, knowledgable and efficient. Though I have no other experience with other irrigation system repair work, their service prices seem higher than I expected, yet fair for the work done. They are very thorough and would judge their work quality to be very high, They will be the first company I contact for any additional irrigation work or repairs.

My appointment window was between 11 and 1. Andrew called me earlier in the morning, telling me there was a cancelation and they could come earlier if it was convenient. Unfortunately it was not, but I appreciated them contacting me. Andrew called again at 10:30 telling me he's on his way and that he'd be there at 11. Sure enough, he was. He explained the work he'll be doing and answered any questions I had. After he was done, he walked me through everything he did, went over winter and summer watering times, and answered some more questions I had. From start to finish, it was about an hour. I was very pleased with the work that was done and plan on using Andy's again in the future.

Overall, the experience was good. He had some good suggestions. He never sent the estimate to me like he said he would, but overall, the service was good.

Josh was the services tech and he checked the sprinkler heads and water lines. He was punctual and professional and we were pleased with the service performed for us.

We just purchased a new home with a sprinkler system. This service provider looked at our system and repaired two sprinkler heads and even took the time to teach us about our system and program it. He was great!

I hired Andy's to resod our lawn. I worked with Joe who was very professional and customer-service oriented. He explained in detail the entire process and made sure all my questions and concerns were addressed. They came out completed the job on time. Afterwards, most of the yard looked great, but I found a few areas around trees and bed borders that I asked Joe to touch up with patches of sod. He was happy to finish the job exactly how I wanted and even provided me with a printed watering schedule to help me establish the new lawn. I would gladly work with Andy's again.

They came out and checked out all the sprinkler heads to make sure we were getting maximum advantage of the automatic irrigation system we already had. They neglected to catch something near our shed, so they came back out and redirected that sprinkler head. They also flagged quite a few heads for upgrading or replacement, which we opted not to follow up on. I thought they were thorough and did a great job -- I just didn't feel like we needed to add the expense of more upgrades.

I purchased an Angies List Big Deal for a sprinkler system tune up. The company was able to schedule my service for the next day. Drew arrived on time and was very knowledgeable and polite. He and his helper got to work quickly and when they were finished, gave me a written report of their findings and suggestions. I then had them adjust the height on several sprinkler heads, replace a broken one and install another in an area of my backyard that was under-watered. I am very pleased with their work and will call them first if I have any other sprinkler issues.

It went great from start to finish... The crew thoroughly investigated the problem with the water pressure in the irrigation system and I am hired them to complete the work they recommended. One of the main controllers needed to be replaced. The technicians were professional, punctual, knowledgeable, flexible and hardworking. The work was done on time and exceeded my exceptions. The fixes they did were thoroughly explained to me and were well done. They were inspected by an official inspector and there were no issues detected --- the water pressure was corrected. I really appreciate how all the services that were provided were thoroughly explained to me. The bid for service was broken down into chunks to make it easy to decide what my priorities were in case I did not want to do it all immediately. I decided to do some now and wait until my further landscape decisions were made before doing the rest as changes in the system will need to be made then. I also greatly appreciated the options that were laid out for my consideration. From now on Andy's Sprinkler will be my go to experts for these needs as they come up.

Andrew Rodenburgh and the gentleman with him did a very good job. They thoroughly checked out my system for me and I was thankful I found them on your list. Since then I had some questions and Andrew was quick to respond to me by phone and walked me through some steps with the sprinkler system. I would definitely recommend them to others.

I was a little disappointed. They had said the service was $100 value and I purchased about $50. I found through other companies that the service is usually $50 that is also refundable if you have them do the work. When they did come out, they gave us a quote for $750 worth of work. I had someone else give me a quote that was $450. It was more than I had expected.

They did have to make a repair. They did a good job. They were very nice and personable.

They installed a new system controller, on which the tech programmed the timer and gave me a quick run-through, showing me how to operate it. They also installed several new heads, replacing older ones that did not work well, and they re-aimed the sprinklers to try to make the water use more efficient. After the installation, some sprinkler heads were still aiming toward the driveway, the road, and more than halfway up the fence, so it wasn?t as water-efficient as I had expected. The company sent another tech back to double-check the aim of the sprinklers, and he replaced a few more heads and re-aimed several heads that seemed to be wasting water by over-spraying the driveway and fence. After this second visit, I am satisfied that the water-efficiency has improved. Thank you.

They gave top notch service. They checked my system and found a few things that were wrong. They did the repairs and I gave me a good price. I was very pleased with the technician and the work was taken care of quickly.
