Andy's Sprinkler Drainage & Lighting

Second time I have used Andy's - each time Josh provided the service, and has been just outstanding both times. Scheduling is efficient, Josh provides updates on arrival times and is punctual. He explained all that was needed, and all that he did. He did a great job, again.

Drew was great. He showed up on time worked very efficiently and only recommended exactly what I needed to get the system working again. He was actually slightly below the estimate he gave me because they finished quicker than planned. I will definatley use them in the future to service my system as needed.

Actually the crew wanted to show up earlier but I could not. They gave me enough notice so I could meet them. The work only took about 30 minutes and there is only one complaint. One of the heads was not buried deep enough and there is a chance it could be run over by an automobile trying to park in the driveway.

These guys are awesome. I had a bit of a nightmare moving into a new home and the irrigation system was on my list of complaints. Found these guys on Angie's List with a special deal and they came out quickly. They got the system purring like a kitten and for far less money than I thought added an additional sprinkler head (running pipe and everything!) to the system so that there was better coverage. The biggest thing they did to help though was to adjust the water cycle. We have a very sloped front yard and I had routinely seen water runoff on watering days. Given our drought situation, this is not good. After he adjusted the schedule, no more runoff. Can't recommend these guys enough.

We had purchased a big deal for the service, and they were great. I thought that they were good, the gentleman that came out was knowledgeable, and he was quite clear about what they would do, and what they wouldn't do.

It was great! They were really good, they repaired what was broken and they adjusted our sprinkler. They were really knowledgeable, helpful, and excellent considering all the work that they did. Beside for the 76$ Deal, we paid for an extra charge because we had them to repair a couple of things. My husband said to me that they went over everything before they did the job, including cost and the amount of time it would gonna take so that's nice to know before they get in to something, you would know how much it will gonna cost you. They did exactly what they said and my husband was really pleased with them.

Arrived on time , actually called ahead as had a cancellation so could fit us in early. After spending a good 45 minutes-1 hour on checking the sprinklers per the coupon, they also reset the timing for the system (so it would be more efficient). After the fact they sent an email outlining some suggestions going forward. They were a pleasure to deal with! We will use them in the future for any problems with our sprinkler system.

Joe, Andrew and Miguel were great. they called to say that they were on their way, they assessed the situation after checking all the sprinklers and advised what was needed to ensure the yard had complete coverage.

Joshua and the crew gave me a call 30mins before they arrived. They checked the whole sprinkler system and adjusted all the sprinkler heads. They replaced two leaking heads, installed one new head and changed the type of another head to cover one dry spot better. They also installed one box in the ground to contain all the control lines coming out of the control box in my garage, which were exposed in the air. They were very professional and got the job done quickly. I also mentioned that I noticed the sprinkler system was leaking. Joshua started looking into this issue right away. He located two zone valve boxes close to the leaking area very quickly and did several quick tests to eliminate the possibility of faulty valves. Due to the limited time allocated to my service appointment, we didn't have time to resolve this issue. Joshua explained to me the approach he would take to resolve this leaking issue. As an engineer myself, I found his divide and conquer method very logical and gave me confidence he could get the job done. I will call him back later to have this leaking issue resolved. Overall, very happy with Joshua and his crew.

They first checked the system and found two rotating heads that were leaking and one that was two short. They gave me a price for the repairs, which I approved. The work was performed quickly and professionally.

I had purchased this as a service deal through Angie's List. I was not entirely satisfied with my sprinkler coverage and needed some extensions on some sprinkler heads. The company came on time, checked my system and made suggestions for work needed. I then decided what to do and they did the work. All was done in a satisfactory manner. I did have the feeling that they were pushing to do more than just the check-up I had purchased through Angie's List. For the additional work they performed, the prices seemed a bit high - but at that point, I was not going to get quotes. And in the end, I was satisfied with the work I had done. I'm glad I had the sprinkler heads extended and some changed. I would probably not use them again, not because of the quality of the work, which was fine, but rather because of the feeling that they could be suggesting problems that were not really problems and the feeling that their charges were on the high-side: likely to recover the lower cost of the deal.

Went very well, crew worked well, head guy came and made recommendations to me after they'd done the initial tune-up I'd purchased with the Big Deal. My sprinklers have gone off at the right time, and sprayed where they should have been spraying since the service. I would recommend Andy's Sprinklers for their quick response, professionalism, polite ways, & good work! They worked hard, it didn't take them very long to do this job, but I am very satisfied with the job they did.

The person that was sent out was actually a contractor from Andys. I knew that I had a couple of sprinkler heads to replace or even a pipe issue because there is an area where the grass stays wet and feels "marshy". I asked for him to shut the complete system down until we could afford replacing parts, if needed. He said he turned the system off, said he would charge me $200 to come replace 7 sprinkler heads and raise them 2 inches. He gave me his business card, which I tried to call 5 times to schedule the work. Then I called Andys and found out he was utilizing immoral business practices and they would be happy to have some one come out. By this time I was tired and frustrated, so I declined the offer and went with another company.

The service was excellent in all phases. Andy's immediately got in touch to schedule the appointment, which only was a few days away. They were on time and very friendly. Moving into a new home, my wife and I were relieved to have someone explain all the parts and processes of our sprinkler system to us. The system was already in great shape, so it just required some cleaning and adjustment of some of the sprinkler heads. They also reviewed the watering programs so that we'd be on track with the city's watering schedule and still be able to efficiently water our lawn and plants. Thanks!
