Great.
Description of Work: Services the entire sprinkler system. They also replaced ( free of charge) several sprinkler heads. There was one major sprinkler that was not functioning correctly so they corrected the issue and replaced the entire sprinkler.

Description of Work: I called Andy's Sprinkler & made an appointment with Sr. service Technetion Joshua Coil. He came out & did an inspection & then ADDED ON $118 for additional time spent with me. He said he would have an estimate sent via email. When I got his estimate, it was for $1861 to fix & correct my present system. I called & questioned the $1,060 in "MATERIALS"! I have NOT heard back from him because he could NOT explain this HUGE cost to me. This seems like a real con job from Andy' Sprinkler, to me. I think Angie should investigate Andy's business practices more in depth. I will NOT recommend or use this company again under any circumstances. Norm Halstead

In doing this the technicians are given leeway time so that they can give each customer as much attention as they need. However, because they must get to several appointments they must work efficiently and quickly. This saves our customers money as well as allows us to schedule customers in quickly, but assures that each customer is receiving the care they need. Thanks again for the awesome report!

Description of Work: Tune up sprinkler system. This part was OK a little on the expensive side but I wanted it done right. The problem occurred with the easy part, I asked for an estimate on replacing my landscape lights with LCD's. I was told three times that the estimate was coming. Three weeks later no estimate! Apparently they have so much business that they can just blow the customer off. One final thought...a good reputation is hard to get ---but easy to lose.

Description of Work: my sprinkler system service provider for the past 7 or 8 years, were hired to fix a drainage problem in my yard. They installed 12 to 15 cubic yards of decomposed granite to direct water away from my house foundation. The recent rains proved that they did a good job, and they returned after being paid to fix several problems that remained. They will be doing my back yard sometime this summer. Rather expensive, but I didn't bother to get bids--there was an urgent need to get moving.
