Edgar came out on an emergency call on Sunday morning and did a fantastic job resolving our issues. He replaced our whole house breaker, then went on to tighten loose connections, check our amperage draw, and waited extra time to see that everything was working properly. He educated me each step of the way what he was doing and why. Edgar was a great representative for Amptech and was courteous, professional and helped with a great attitude. I would definitely recommend him to anyone!

I have received warranty service from Amptech, who wired my recently renovated home. A list of issues, pre and post closing on my home follows. I have had four visits to date from Amptech Electric following the close on my home. Missing 220V outlet in washer/dryer area (only added one) - resolved prior to close Non-working outlets - resolved prior to close Non-wired dishwasher - resolved prior to close Oven will not operate without tripping breaker - resolved Fridge will not operate without tripping breaker - unresolved by them, worse after their visit -> went from every ~12 hours to ever ~15-30 mins -> resolved by home builder When I call them, they try to book my warranty appointment several days out. Their service crew is polite, knowledgeable, and punctual. I asked their crew if they had seen an increase in warranty issues lately and they said yes.
