+ -1 moreNot enough room here to tell the entire story but needless to say its been a train wreck. Americana bailed in the middle of our project after months and months of delays, numerous mistakes, and empty promises. Significantly over budget and still a mountain in front of us to try to get this finished. Leaking roof, foundation piers built incorrectly and need to be repaired now among other things. No project management and evident that Katia has very little understanding of construction process in general unfortunately. Beware before hiring Americana

Description of Work: They took down 2 walls and installed beams to support the roof. Can lights were installed and they coordinated the removal of wood paneling, installation of drywall, smoothing of textured ceilings throughout the house and painting the interior walls of the house. The whole job took 10 days. Katia is wonderful. She is extremely professional and addressed all of my concerns. I would love to work with her again.
