Description of Work: They removed an acoustic ceiling ($1,000 for 400 sq ft) which did not include paint. They did not protect the walls and baseboards as promised prior to spraying the water on the ceiling and left the entire room filthy. Ceiling corners pulled away from water saturation. They did not remove the popcorn texture from under the ceiling fan like that said they would. They did not repair a water stain prior to retexturing, and after 2 attempts to correct it, it is still visible and uneven. We also had them build out a garage laundry room by extending it 2 feet. They also repaired our bedroom floor by adding some add'l support to the joints (we had left him several messages to tell him not to complete that work to our bedroom floor, he did not return our calls but did the work without our authorization and he became inaccessible). They are charging us $375 for that work.
